The store will give you a receipt with QR code that you will scan to enter the bathrooms. The Bathrooms are on the first floor in the back, near the pizzeria. The bathrooms are VERY CLEAN and definitely worth even buying a bottle of water for. Highly recommend the Daniele Meini (La mozzarella e i formaggi) where they have amazing salads, pastas, and sandwiches. Got a mixed salad (insalata mista) with prosciutto and Burrata which was Buonissimo! It came with tomatoes, fresh olives, and a packet of olive oil to add to your liking. They also asked me if I wanted balsamic on top, which was an excellent touch. They also have a pecorino Romano cheese wheel that they will use to cook your pasta in. Don't just take my word for it, upon check out, our hotel staff highly recommended checking in a little early to our train so there's time to check out the Mercado Céntrale!
