Incredible coffee shop with a variety of teas and coffees to buy, as well as drinks and delicious pastries. The owner and staff were all very friendly and welcoming and remembered us when we came back. They also grind their coffee for you to take home and I was able to get some espresso and french press blends for gifts. They have coffee tins as well which make great gifts. Borsari is just the quintessential Italian coffee shop you hope to find on a visit in Verona. The staff was great and along with all the locals who were non stop ordering, one can't help but to love the place. The interior is worth a stop by itself to see and if you do stay for a cappuccino, seats are small. But who cares. You're have a great time! read more

This is one of the best coffee places I've ever been to in the US or Europe. Small, quaint and unassuming coffee shop off the main shopping strip in Verona, Italy. Only a few small tables and two lovely ladies who make everything from scratch. My absolutely most favorite hot chocolate in the world is here! Literally melted chocolate with fresh homemade whip cream. Caffe Borsari was my best find during my time in Italy. It's this small, cute cafe where the locals have coffee and catch up with each other. The cafe is small with four tiny marble tables, but for that reason, many people drink at the bar. The coffee is the best I've had and the pastries, particularly the chocolate croissant and the croissant filled with cream, are totally worth the splurge. They are heavenly. Also, it's much cheaper than any other place I've visited - €2.60 for a cappuccino and a croissant!!! But brush up on your Italian - no English is spoken here, which is part of the charm. I am absolutely coming back here (I've been twice already) the next time I'm in Verona. read more
