Crispy on the edges, perfectly cooked chicken, moist and delicious in the middle. Accompanied pasta was perfect, the mozzarella cheese covered my dish and it was melted to perfection. My entire family enjoyed all their meals, from the veal saltimbocca, to the grilled salmon with honey mustard. Loved them all. The appetizers of calamari fried and delicious, the charcuterie boards were plentiful, with salami's/prosciutto and the best sliced mozz I've had in a while.
