Hands down, this is the best place that I ate at while I was in Italy. The restaurant was very unique with a vibrant interior that you can't help but love. The salad, pasta and vegetables were nothing but amazing. The pasta was fresh and the tomato sauce was indescribable. The freshness was out of this world. What also made this experience perfect was the hospitality shown by the owners. They were extremely kind and friendly. The male owner also goes around and sings to the guests, which is a great surprise. It's a very family oriented restaurant with home style cooking and beautiful ambience. 5/5! read more

The best lunch I ever had. The reviews are not misleadng. If I had an Italian grandmother, I would hope that she could cook like this. Truly unforgettable. The owner and the staff make you feel immediately welcome. The ambience is eclectic but warm. The music was perfect, including when the owner sang a few notes. The asparagus appetizer was delicious. The owner chose our appetizers, at our request, and we would not have chosen that dish. I am grateful that I didn't miss having that dish. If I have had a better meal, I cannot remember. Don't miss the dessert. The creme brulee (flambe) was the best we could recall. I couldn't hope for a better meal if I was in heaven. Do not miss the chance to eat here. read more

This is one of the reasons why we bought a place in Montepulciano! Pierre's restaurant. The food is absolutely exceptional. The truffle pasta is the best in the area. I get this dish everywhere I go and nothing compares to this one. They also have exceptional pizza and peach bellini's. This place is one of a kind from the decor to the staff & of course the spectacular authentic food. I love the truffle pici.. they make a nice thick creamy mushroom truffle sauce. Their pizza is also quite good as it is baked to perfect with many topping options to choose from! read more

Ristorante Degli Archi was amazing. We traveled to Rome, Sorrento, and Montepulciano during our trip, and this was by far the best pasta. The pici pasta (known in the Tuscany area) was delicious. They also have an extensive wine list of local wines. After experiencing pasta here, my husband and I have vowed to never have pasta in the US again. Italian pasta, especially the pasta at Degli Archi, cannot be surpassed. It is also likely that you will meet the friendly owner of the ristorante, who we absolutely loved. We love this place and hope to visit again in the future! read more

We had a fantastic lunch here. Our host Pier was outstanding and extremely interest in our enjoyment of his restaurant. I had the opportunity to have their wild boar and pasta, just outstanding. It was an adventure in eating. One of the best in the area. read more
