Cafe Seoul is not the only Korean restaurant in Tai Po, but it is probably the best. My friend Lily found this place from Google Reviews, which I suppose is a direct competitor of Yelp. (I hope I don't get censored!)
Their boneless chicken comes in many flavors, and I love the sweet and spicy. The chicken also is served with pickled radish, which is one of my favorite pickles. Both of their jeon are delicious, so I often alternate between the kimchi jeon and vegetable jeon every time I eat there. I also enjoy their bibimbap, jjajangmyeon, and tteokbokki.
My only complaint is that their kimbap is super dry. I would recommend going down the street to Cham if you want kimbap. Any other Korean food, I recommend at Cafe Seoul. read more
