The daytime is usually filled with lines of folks looking to score any of their various street foods, which sometimes includes yours truly. Somehow the exterior has gotten worse over time. While it's as recognizable as any place, there were days where the restaurant looked much nicer. If one looks past beyond the lines, there is indoor seating available. It is every bit as tight as other HK eateries, with folks often sharing tables and not particularly a good fit for large groups. The place is clean and interestingly has a lot of portraits of pets. Most folks are gunning for their curry fishballs and cheung fun rice rolls, which can be directly accessed from their street side window. The fish balls have good texture and that spongy exterior is good with the pseudo spicy curry sauce. I love the rice rolls with a little peanut butter sauce and sesame, which is semi-addicting. There is also their siu mai, which seems on par with many of the food stalls, but is better with a bit of sweet soy and chili oil. Washing it all down with their cold and sweet soya milk (凍豆漿) is highly recommended. Since they're constantly crowded, the service works very quickly. I don't recall them accepting credit cards, but I have always paid in cash or with an octopus card. Compared to their Mong Kok location near the Flower Market, I would still choose this one in YMT.

The restaurant is quite small and from the looks of it, can't sit more than thirty people. There isn't much decor to speak of and the restaurant actually looked a little old. There were tons of lunch sets to choose from, and I settled on the pork bibimbap. One of my friends got the rice with marinated chicken, and my other friend (who coincidentally is Korean) ordered the Korean vermicelli in seafood soup. The food didn't take long to come. My bibimbap arrived first in all its sizzling glory - it smelled really good and I wanted to dig in, but it was just so hot! The pork was surprisingly tender, but I actually found the rice a little bland tasting. My friend who ordered the marinated chicken rice said it was pretty good, but that there was way too much rice. My Korean friend said that her vermicelli tasted 'too Chinese' and wasn't very authentic. In contrast, she tried a little bit of my bibimbap and said that this was pretty much the real deal. Our lunches also came with this potato radish soup served in a bowl that looked identical to a miso soup bowl. The soup was quite nice and wasn't too salty. I would say that a meal here is pretty worth it. None of us were able to finish our food - the portions were just way too big! I only made it three quarters through before giving up. My bibimbap costed only $50, and there was no service charge! I was quite impressed with Sue Korean, but the next time I am back at Kimberly Street, I'll probably want to try out other Korean restaurants instead of returning to this one.

They have many different style business cards apparently designed like cards that kids use to trade with. Anyway, the restaurant itself is somewhat spacious by Hong Kong standards. It came with an orange juice and strangely a hamburger patty. Dont usually get that in an breakfast set, but I'm not complaining! Dont really have much to complain about, except that the sausage is a little bit weird. Its almost too chewy as if its overly processed.
