After seeing the effort and detail into the bikes, I decided I would make the one hour+ drive to Temecula to have the 30K service done. I am beyond satisfied with how it's running now. I went to Cafes Customs a few months ago after a friend recommended him. I was leaving for a fairly long road trip and wanted a professional to give the bike a once over and do some scheduled maintenance. Casey was incredible! The work was performed flawlessly and was turned around in one day! I was impressed by his work obviously, but he was super communicative and kept me informed of what was going on with a few questions I had about the bike. To top off the service he performed, he even cleaned the bike! Amazing customer service and incredible knowledge/ability. Great combination. While he had the bike he identified a problem that I was aware of, but he let me know it was worse than I suspected. I couldn't afford to have the work done at the time and Casey totally understood, didn't try to talk me into doing it and didn't make me feel bad about having to wait. We talked about what would need to happen in the future to repair the issue and he actually talked me out of the more expensive option I was entertaining and sold me on a cheaper and more practical fix! What?! An honest mechanic? Yep, you found him. Honest, personable, communicates well and treats your bike like it's his. I can't recommend him highly enough. Bought my buddies dad's 06 street glide just before a long cross state 4200 mile ride. Living in San Diego a friend highly recommended Cafes Customs and told me Casey was the man. I took my 2022 CVO Road Glide to Cafes Customs to have new bars installed. After meeting and having a very informative conversation with Cafe, I decided to do much more than just bars. The build included bars, cams, pipes, high volume oil pump, and full front & rear suspension. Cafe has taken a very nice motorcycle and made it into an amazing motorcycle. My '15 Road Glide threw a belt while riding down Palomar and I thought I could fix it myself. I got it home and me and a buddy decided to tear into it and try and fix it ourselves. The job got harder and harder and we threw in the towel after trying to get it back together and nothing looked right and I didn't trust any of the work. I called Casey and explained what happened and where I was with the bike. He is as professional as they come. He came up with a list of improvements to do while the bike was apart and his suggestions where exactly what I was looking for..a short amount of time later the bike was better than it had ever been and my only disappointment was that I hadn't takin it to him sooner. A little over due on this review but I was a little skeptical at first taking my motorcycle (Iron 883) here especially since I I had to drive out an hour to him but when I asked if he could go over my bike for any problems, he gave me a clear overview what I could do for preventive maintenance, and all I needed was a oil flush this man went above and beyond to fix the smaller details on my bikes, like tightening my clutch and cables, even to fixing my kickstand to stop squeaking, even fixing my fairing which was hanging on by 2 clips. This man will thoroughly go over your bike like it's his. You ain't gonna get that type of love and care for your motorcycle anywhere else! read more

Wanted a better ride on my Street Glide so I reached out to Cafe Customs. I picked this place only after reading every review and having multiple conversations with the owner, Casey, because I have serious trust issues. Listened to his recommendations, then followed up with researching them myself (again, serious trust issues). I finally dropped off my bike, and ultimately my entire tax return, but road away on a bike that didn't compare to how it was before. I'm 6'3" 290, and have some serious hardware holding my spine together. I just got back from a 4 hour ride and feel as good as when I left. Casey recommended a new seat, suspension upgrade, and foot board spacers. Totally glad I listened to him. His work was excellent, turn around time was 3 days, customer service that you just don't get anymore, and prices were competitive.
