I was stuck in Florida with my family due to him saying the trailer was done and on its way, cost me up to $4000 extra and the trailer was not built to fit my boat. I paid him and waited almost a month and a half. I spent $9500 on the trailer and had it delivered and again a joke. I AM NOT THE ONLY VICTIM!!!!!. I have a trailer that won't work for my boat and I gave him all the specs. He lies and told me I now need to drill into the trailer and modify it to work. He wont take the trailer back or refund me my money and now am looking for another trailer. DO NOT USE THEM. There are other builders out there. It's handy to get your bike inspected, tires changed, oil changes - simple stuff. Every time I get a bike inspected, Bryan, JR or Earl talks to me for just a moment afterward to tell me about the condition of my bike and I really appreciate this. Nick and Eli are exceptionally friendly and helpful in getting riders in and out of service and, over the years, have gotten to know me by name. I appreciate Duane, the owner, sending out an email questionnaire after any service visit or sometimes he'll just be out talking to customers. Be careful while you wait for your bike to get finished because the showroom is full of new and used motorcycles and I'm always tempted to purchase something else. If you don't want to be teased by all the bikes on the showroom floor, there's a comfortable waiting area with magazines and beverages.
