A few miles from the shop I had to make a roadside repair to secure exhaust mufflers that were never tightened by the technician, another mile or so and the mufflers would have fallen off the bike as I rode it. The owner's insincere hollow apology just not adequate in a case that could have caused an accident with injury or death for complete incompetence.

Dropped off at 10am and here it is 3pm and they still haven't got to them. Mean time my atv is sitting outside getting soaked cause in my mind use to be a mechanic two tires doesn't take 5 to 6 or maybe until the next day cause I still haven't received a call over 2 tires its not rocket science.
