I had lunch today at Cafe Sole in Jupiter. This is a nice little restaurant with very fresh food and some excellent recipes. They have a healthy food approach, but the food is quite good. The restaurant itself is very open and bright, a nice atmosphere for a casual lunch. I had one of their signature items, the Sole Salad, a very large and tasty offering. Besides lettuce and tomato, it includes mushrooms, onion, blue cheese crumbles, croutons, all with a tangy dressing. Despite having no meat, it's quite filling and satisfying. I would definitely order it again The service was very good, prompt and friendly and the food came out very quickly. Perhaps the only drawback is that it was a bit pricey: the salad was $12.75, which seemed a bit high- so with tax and tip, it's about a $17 lunch (I only had a glass of water to drink) which just seemed a little high for a meatless meal. What happened to Cafe Sole??? Used to be one of my favorites. Now it is over priced and gross. I paid $14 for a salad that had no meat on it and an ice tea. The girl who rang me up wore her mask around her neck. She also had very short shorts on and had a rash on her butt cheeks. Is this Cafe Sole's new look? The "new" Cafe Sole has a full liquor license, spacious bar and white tablecloths as well as great low lighting. The menu is extensive and any time we have requested an alteration to an item it has been accommodated with a smile. The pizzas are terrific and are offered with a gluten-free crust, the soups are great for lunch...as are any sandwich (with or without the bread). For dinner, have the red snapper - it could not be fresher if you caught it yourself. We go for to Cafe Sole at least 3 times a week for either lunch or dinner. We always leave wanting to return. In fact, we asked them to cater a 30 guest holiday party at our home. The food was plentiful & delicious and the place was cleaner than they found it. We love this place! read more

The Greek salad did not have any cucumbers and the olives were sliced so thinly and in a circle, they were barely visible and not very tasty. The dressing was a bland cream based dressing and was presented on the side in a tiny container. It did not appear to have any oregano in it. The amount of very finely crumbled feta cheese was miniscule. It was probably one of the worst Greek salads I have ever had. The watermelon martini was not very cold and tasted watered down and artificial. They should have fans for outside seating. read more

A gem of a restaurant here in Jupiter at Bluffs Square. Kyle warmly greeted us, and with assistance from Julia placed two tables together and seated the three of us. Nadine promptly took our drink orders (mine was a little unique) and we dived into the menus. As we assed our menus we were visited by Moe, the owner and proprietor of the restaurant. He walked us through the appetizer specials, dinner specials. And even a drink for or two. He was very cordial. I ordered the jambalaya, my wife and her friend ordered a pizza. Both were excellent. The jambalaya was flavorful, aroma and taste were excellent. A shrimp, chicken and sausage combo with flavored rice. Highly recommended. My wife and her friend ordered the margarita pizza. They finished it. Enough said. Service from Kyle, Julia and Nadine were excellent. We'll tended. Moe's visit to the table was extra special. Their chef is excellent, as the meal served did homage to the skill and talent of the chef. The combination of excellent service and food quality are great. Their staff are extremely courteous and their owner was incredibly patient with our somewhat demanding group of 5. Anytime I am in Jupiter this is where I want to go. I loveeee chicken cesar wraps and have had many from different restaurants. This one from cafe sole is my favorite! They also have other wraps which I've tried and are delicious. Perfect after a long day at the beach. Only downer is no dogs allowed on the outside eating area. read more

This place has gone seriously down hill. I have seen the owner be incredibly harsh and rash with his employees, and customers both! Been here on several occasions and its simply gotten worse each time. I even witnessed a girl coming out of the bathroom crying hysterically, who was working there. I have also experienced not being able to get patio seating because of my two well behaved children. Owner seems like he has some real issues with people, and maybe anger and control. He practically follows his workers everywhere making sure they don't slip up. Place smells like dirty mop water and I saw a bug crawling across the floor as well. I will not be back. Health hazard, horrible management. What a true shame. read more

Love this spot that has been here so long. The food is good and the staff friendly. 5-stars for sticking around so long so I have an easy go to place to take friend aged volleyball. If you have a small dog you can sit outside but you will need to say it is a service dog and they're OK with that. There are so few places you can take dogs so be respectful and don't mess it up. The food is pretty good with large portions so 1/2 a sandwich and soup is the way to go. read more

Food is fresh and tasty. Most prices are good, but the some of the staff who have been there a long time are just outright rude! They act entitled and don't treat everyone equally. I think the owner must be fantastic as the food is good, so if you can ignore the staff, you'll enjoy the food. Be prepared, the alcohol prices are high. read more

This is my 3rd time coming to cafe sole and the food is phenomenal and usually great customer service until today. The lady with the red colored hair had a terrible attitude and a sour look on her face the whole service. My boyfriend went to order the tuna poke bowl and she said "you obviously didn't hear me the first time" when she was mistaking us with the table behind us that tried to order the poke bowl (they don't sell sushi anymore). She just threw the food on the table and lastly didn't say ANYTHING when giving us the final bill just slapped it on the table and left. I love this place but this lady sucked ! read more

Cafe Sol was a wonderful place to eat, very simple to order, menu very detailed, and great customer service. You walk in and choose a seat, then the waitress or waiter will be right over. The choice of foods that are available at Cafe Sol are American(New). I got the Cesar Salad and a Cheese Pizza, they tasted amazing. I would definitely recommend any of their pizzas for the fact that they are really tasty. The salad was a very large size and you got a lot for what you paid for. I would go there again and again, mostly for lunch or early dinner. Although they could be a anytime eatery, but for the price you pay you get a lot. Yesterday was great. My family and I are still talking about it the food was great and the drinks were banging. My husband and being treated for prostate cancer and he cant drink citrus or alcohol but there was a young lady who works there went to Publix and brought him some cranberry juice so he wasn't limited to water. I recently went to cafe sole for the first time with my kids. The food and service were phenomenal!! We ordered the garlic bread with ricotta dip. Sooo good!! I ordered the eggs Benedict and I have to say, it was the best I've ever had. I liked it so much that I returned the next day to have it again. Very cute little place and the location is stellar. But the food: yackadoodle doooooo. Tomato soup tastes like pasta sauce from a can. Salads obviously sit in dressing for a warm, wilted feeling in your mouth. Pita bread was stale. The "pasta salad" was over cooked soggy orzo mush drowning in processed dressing. The deli meats are filler-full processed junk. Reminded me of low grade nursing home food. And the floors were dirty. Today was the third AND LAST TIME, I will patronize Cafe Sol. I brought my 91 year old mother and her friend to the restaurant after church. It was sunny and hot and we were looking for a table that shielded us from the sun. They started complaining that it was too sunny so we moved to another table. Unfortunately, that table butted up against a public garbage can, which was emitting odors of decay. Finally, we agreed upon a table up against the glass window. It was at that time that we were aggressively confronted by a cheeky, rude, and incredulously obnoxious waiter! He was so abrupt and rude, it made me nervous! He then told me that the table was reserved. When I pointed out that all the tables had reserved signs, he RUDELY repeated, "THIS TABLE IS RESERVED!" When I asked him what was his problem, he spitted, "YOU'RE THE ONE WITH THE PROBLEM." I suggested to my party that we should leave. The waiter said, "YOU SHOULD LEAVE, THIS ISN'T McDONALDS." As if the only restaurant that we would be comfortable in would be McDonalds. I thought, what on earth is this guy talking about and why is he attacking me? It must have something to do with the color of my skin! I pondered how is it possible that an establishment would hire a racist like him to represent their restaurant? read more

We waited an hour for our food watching everybody else get served it's like the owner picks people out of the crowd and decides, what the heck, their gonna get my wrath tonight. Then he comes out saying our order was behind a bunch of take out orders, not even apologizing. Weird, usually if you're treated that bad they give you something to compensate for the tension. Then we decide to leave early because it was so bad. The food wasn't even that good either. So then he storms out as we're getting up furiously cleaning the table I mean laughable, really. I really have to say this place was a favorite spot of mine for years as the food and the servers were warm and friendly and it was like home away from home. Its a shame because it is under new ownership and although the owner is like a helicopter owner he is insincere and rude if you have the slightest problem. Yes they are at 50% capacity the only thing is it has probably always been that way. The inside and outside of this restaurant have never been filled. I can say " never ". I am sure due to covid and season the owner thinks his busy outdoor spot is a homerun and he can afford to be independent and rude but it will wear off. Its too bad as I have spoken to many people who have been regulars like myself who will no long be. Have only been here 3 times but they have the best humus with Naan bread. Humus is a little heavy on the garlic but delicious! We ordered the chicken and mushroom wrap this time but my husband got the Caribbean chicken wrap last time and they are Delicious! Once they put your choices inside the wrap they bake it in the pizza oven to crisp the outside of the wrap which puts it over the top. Wanted to try a place near my husband's work, and decided for Cafe Sole. We ordered the Ricotta cheese with the garlic bread. WOW. The bread was soft and crunchy, perfectly buttered and not overwhelmed with garlic. The cheese was warm and fluffy and had all the right seasoning. I couldn't stop eating it! We also ordered the guacamole with Pita chips and that too was perfectly done. The pita chips must have been made in-house because they were just perfectly warm, sturdy and crunchy. It just paired so much better than regular ol' tortilla chips. We would come back for the apps alone. My husband had the mouth watering PEI Mussels with the red sauce. They included more garlic bread which he used to "mop" the sauce with and it was heaven!! We have had this dish at many places, so trust me, if you are a fan of mussels, you must order this dish!! I had the Branzino Frutti Di Mare. However, I don't like red sauce, so they were so kind as to accomodate my request for the lemon-butter white wine sauce and it was just so perfect for me!! The portions were generous as well. My kiddos ordered the Pizza Margherita and they loved how it was thin and crispy. Also, very generous pours on the wine. Ambiance is white tablecloth inside (a little more formal), but there is outdoor seating if you are coming in from the beach etc. Lots of TVs and a bar in the middle. Our server was wonderful, very attentive and made sure we were good with our drinks and anything we needed. Five stars all the way! We also met the owner who made us feel welcome and let us know he was happy to have our little family there, he was very kind. We really appreciate finding places that are of this quality with food, service, and ambiance. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you! read more
