I'll have to try one on my next trip. Today, I ordered a pistachio latte that had some pretty excellent foam. They use Monin syrups, which is my preference (second to house made syrups, of course).

It was very flavorful and very filling. I would've loved it even more if it were piping hot instead of just warmed, but it still got the job done! As for the drink-- The pistachio flavor definitely overpowered the hazelnut flavor, but since I love pistachios, I didn't mind it as much as I would typically. Overall, Geo's Café is a lovely new spot with a great selection of small bites and a very spacious, yet quiet atmosphere that's perfect for anyone looking to work or study. It wasn't bitter or burnt-tasting like some other brands. The coffee was flavorful, hot, and just right. The space has a cool industrial-style design, and there were plenty of people relaxing and enjoying their drinks. The music was also at the perfect volume--present but not overpowering.
