Enjoy every single bite. Blue crab Benedict and strawberry tiramisu toast was delicious!!' Also had some salad, was good as well. Would like to come back here and try more of their food. Service was good!! Ambiance was nice! My toddler daughter was loving the place, their light which was decorated as clouds caught her attention. So cool!
Cute little cafe I saw around, was quiet but lot of people eating and hanging out still. Really nice to just sit and relax if you're not looking for someplace loud. Staff are super friendly and helpful if you have any questions, the menu can feel intimidating since there is a lot of stuff on it. Food and drink was pretty good, and nicely portioned. Split a sandwich to satisfy my hungry and coffee was good too! Got the Passion Prosciutto and Mong Coffee!
Stopped by Cafe Mong again after not visiting since the peak Covid years, and it was honestly nice to see the place still around and doing well. It is always good when a small local cafe manages to survive that era and continue growing. There is both indoor and outdoor seating available. When I visited around the mid afternoon window, roughly between 2 and 3pm, a good number of tables were already filled but the space still felt comfortable. The environment stayed relatively calm and they had soft K-pop cafe style music playing in the background which fit the Korean cafe theme nicely. Their menu looks much more expanded compared to what I remember. In addition to drinks, they now have savory and sweet crepes, protein bowls, vegetarian options, and a pretty wide selection of teas, coffees, and specialty lattes. I ended up ordering the Squid Game latte this time. The drink comes topped with thick dalgona pieces that gradually melt into the latte. It has a little sweetness to it, but it stays balanced and never becomes overpowering. It ended up being the caffeine boost I needed for the day. The interior design is also very playful and whimsical. Apparently "mong" translates to dream in Korean, which explains the cloud shaped light fixtures hanging throughout the cafe. I forgot to check if they had WiFi, but the layout definitely feels like the type of cafe where you would see people bringing laptops in the morning or early afternoon to study or get some work done. The only thing to keep in mind is their hours. They tend to close fairly early. It would actually be a great evening hangout spot if they ever decided to extend their hours a bit. Still, it is a cozy neighborhood cafe with a creative theme and plenty of drink options if you are looking for a relaxed place to recharge for a bit.
Me and my girlfriend came here just to check it out and it was the best decision we made. We will be coming back every week until we die. The whole time we were laughing because the food was so good. We brang our dog and they even offered to let us sit inside because it was hot outside. The strawberry creme brûlée croffle was soft, had strawberry in every bite and was very light and not filling. The chicken Caesar salad sandwich was just perfect. Not too heavy on the sauce, meat was just right, and the tomatoes had so much flavor. We will come back every week!
I absolutely adore this cafe. Every single thing I've ordered has been amazing and delicious. I can just tell that they take the time to prepare every ingredient very intentionally, and the ingredients they use are of high quality as well. Some dishes I would like to highlight: AVOCADO TUNA KIMCHI TOAST - sounds kinda weird right? But this was the most unique and delicious flavor combination I've tried to date. I never would've imagined these ingredients going so well together. It's an addictive flavor bomb yet light enough to eat for brunch and not put you in a coma for the rest of the day. And the generous high quality Parmesan on top?? Please never change this! It honestly died the dish together adding a sharp savoriness/umami. GOCHUJANG THAI CHICKEN CREPE - first off, all their savory crepes are good, but this one took the cake for me. Their crepe batter itself is perfect, and it's hard to find a place that can do a savory crepe justice. The Thai chicken crepe is my favorite because they pack it with greens and herbs that really make the flavors stand out. The chicken is never dry and is made perfectly for a wrap. It also has these crunchy fried onions throughout the wrap that have you keep coming for more. If you haven't tried this place or have considered it but never did, now is the time! I will definitely be a continuing regular customer of theirs.
Walked in on a Saturday morning and we were the only ones there but I'm not complaining. Got waited on right away. Had a few minutes to look around this cute and cozy cafe before our coffee was brought out followed a few minutes later by our food. All three of us ordered the Americano coffee. It was good and came in a mug like you'd have at home. The food was all delicious. Not a one of us left a bite on our plate. I had the spam and egg rice bowl and it was wonderful. Had a bit of sweetness to it that was just right. Especially with the little bit of pickled slaw that was also served with it. My husband had the mong combo and said it was really good. My son who doesn't usually finish his meal ate every bite of his ham and cheese sandwich and had several bites of the custard crepe I ordered for us to share. Loved the crème brûlée finish to the top of the crepe. The custard was good and as you got down just a little beyond that there were strawberries and cream. After the initial custard on top is eaten you can pick it up and eat it like a taco. It was really good. I'm glad we tried it. The perfect ending to a wonderful breakfast. I don't know if it's by luck it wasn't busy or bc it's located near a medical center people don't bother but whatever, don't snooze on this one.
Adequate parking in a private parking lot Café Mong is tucked into a combination a plaza that includes medical and food establishments. Upon entering the cloud lighting gets your attention which is a great feature as mong means dream (sign in the dining area explains that). Very good customer service. The menu boards are plentiful so it took me a moment to browse the menu. I chose the Classic crepe and a [classic] cappuccino. An espresso machine is used for a traditional espresso shot pull. Peets coffees beans. 'A' rating from the Health Department is on display. The made to order crepe and cappuccino were very good. The crepe batter used lends a neutral flavor. I guess that allows the crepe to go well with either savory or sweet fillings. I prefer a crepe with a sourdough tang, but it was still good. They also make the fish-shaped bread to order as well.
Nice little spot for brunch. I just moved back to this side of town. I ate here before but now Im going to leave a review to remind myself this spot is here. I had the cafe mong breakfast sandwich. It had two sunny side up eggs, bacon and sausage. I had their vanilla coconut latte served with Peet's Coffee. I came during early afternoon and expected I had the place mostly to myself. Plenty of parking.
First time coming here. I ordered a couple things. First was the "Kimchi Crunchy Tuna" that was really good! I would order it again but there was so much to try. For dessert, it looked like new item on the menu... the "Taro Tiramisu Crepe" Everything I ordered was pretty amazing. My friend orders the "Salmon Lox" Crepe and he loved it. Customer service was great! The person that took our order was very friendly and inviting and suggested a few things. To be honest I don't think you could go wrong with anything here. Everything looks and tastes freshly made. The inside had nice decor and it looked clean and organized. Inside they had some tables and a cozy area where you can chill on the coaches and eat. If the weather is nice like today was, there is outside seating as well. I got a bit excited with my Taro Tiramisu Crepe that I accidentally took their spoon lol. I'll be back to return it and more importantly order more food. Thank you for having us and giving us a great first experience. We will definitely be back for more goodness.
There's a sign inside the shop that says.... Mong means dreams in Korean. What dreams are you pursuing? Well, I love crepes and I dream of it frequently and today I was pursuing a crepe for lunch! I ordered the Classic, which is a ham and cheese with veggies. It was good, but I wished the cheese was melted. I also the strawberry, banana, and Nutella sweet crepe, which is a classic in itself. Very good. Their batter has mochicko flour so it is chewy with a light crunch. We topped it off with a blueberry cheesecake croffle. They have a coffee menu along with sandwiches and rice bowls. The shop is located in a medical center area. Causal. Indoor and outdoor seating. Causal. Good service. Please come and create your own experience.

Walking into this cafe, it has such a nice, clean and relaxing ambient. A very welcoming and small place going on, with a very chill vibe. It has a very relaxing brunch feel. Cute decorations up and around the place, there was also a photo booth area inside for $5! I was really surprised at the items that were being served as I thought it was going to just be a coffee drink cafe with small pastries on the side, but there were actual full meals. I came in wanting a crepe but seeing the all day breakfast menu, the savory french toast caught my eye. I also really wanted to try the cotton candy latte as it seems like a special item on their menu. The savory french toast comes with 2 sasuage links, 2 bacon, and 2 seasoned poached eggs on top of the french toast. A sprinkle of cinnamon on the dish and maple syrup on the side, making it a good balance of sweet but savory. A really nice brunch meal if you ask me! The cotton candy latte was not too bad, as soon as I sipped it I had a unsure thought at first. A sweet drink for anyone that has a sweet tooth. The best way I can describe it is that it tastes very similar to cereal milk. In summary, a very calm vibe and a nice brunch spot! read more

Came in on a Thursday afternoon around 12:30n for to-go order since I heard about the Blue Crab Benedict. Waited 20 minutes for the food, which was maybe a reasonable time for this cafe given that it is lunch time and the cafe appeared busy, but wasn't too packed. The crepe station at the front gives a nice touch, the smell of the crepe lingers in the room, yum! Blue Crab Egg Benedict | Crab tasted clean, texture was good. Too much pepper in the crab mix, not well seasoned at all :( Could barely taste the bell pepper as well as the very little avocado portion. Balsamic glaze was really good though! Poached eggs would be nice if the yolks were still runny. Cold Brew | Mild as expected, not too bad. Menu/Items: Enough variety of brunch items such as crepes and drinks. Pastries in the display case looked good as well. Price: Fair Service: The employees seemed nice, but kinda dull and they looked uninterested at the same time when they're preparing the orders and greeting the guests. Service was a bit slow. Absolutely DELICIOUS!!!!! The staff is so kind. Their space is so cute and clean, We 4 got the custard brûlée. I saw it on a instagram post and we HAD to try it. Sooooooo good! And it was t too sweet. The crepe is made with rice flour so it has a nice soft texture. I will definitely be back!! read more

Can't wait to come back and try more of their food! Plenty of seating outside and inside. We ordered the Spam & Eggs and a Salmon Lox Crepe and both were delicious. I thought the portion sizes compared well to their prices. I had so much lox in my crepe which made for a very satisfying brunch. The Spam & eggs were cooked perfectly, the runny yolk of the egg mixed with the sticky rice and the saltiness of the Spam hit so nicely. I also had a lemonade and asked for lavender syrup... the person who brought it up said he'd never thought of this before but it sounded good and it sure was, I recommend it. Yummy flavors. They have specials too. Coffee, lattes, Macchiato's, non coffee (teas) and beverages. Sweet crepes: strawberry Nutella, banana Nutella, blueberry cheesecake, mango mascarpone, cinnamon s'more! Can you picture it? Maybe your sweet tooth kicking in. Not huge portions. Tasty treat. This place is super lovely. As soon and you walk in you are sucked in to the atmosphere. From the Lo-Fi K-Pop to the decor of clouds hanging from the ceiling and Polaroids hung up on the wall from other customers. The service was fast and our server was very sweet. Everything looked and sounded good. My friend and I got the Spicy Cuban and the Strawberry and Nutella Crepe. Our food came fast and was delicious. I would definitely recommend giving it a try. One thing I can't get past is the ambience. Everything is clean and on theme. The paints are vibrant and soft. The decoration is adorable. The staff took our plates when we were done and cleaned our table for us. They were all well mannered and kind. Definitely recommend coming to Cafe Mong!! read more

This place was super cute inside, the staff really friendly, they allowed me and my friend to take up space outside after hours even while they were cleaning up inside. I love that the outside tables have a QR scanner that allowed us to order thru our phones, sit and take out time deciding. THE FOOD: I got french toast and my friend got a crepe, both were delicious. My coffee was customized by me and very tasty. For my 2 items I spent $18 to give you an idea on price range. I will definitely go back and try out some of the unique options they had on the menu. read more

I've been here in the past, and loved their crepes. I went here again with my boyfriend for lunch. I got their taro latte. Note that this latte doesn't actually have coffee in it. He got a lavender latte. Their drinks were delicious. I got their blue crab Benedict and my boyfriend got their angus sandwich I think is what it's called. I will note that the portions are a bit on the smaller side. It would enough food for me, but if you have a big appetite it will probably not be enough. My boyfriend ended up also ordering their spam and eggs because he was still hungry. We also got the blueberry cheesecake croffle. The crab Benedict was okay. Unfortunately the eggs were not cooked right. One was undercooked and one was over cooked. The same went for the spam and eggs. The eggs were watery around the whites and kind of ruined the dish. The croffle was amazing and made the meal pleasant overall. The staff is friendly and the decor is super cute and clean! read more

Everything I've tried here in my past visits have been great! The staff is very kind as well and I notice they are on top of keeping the dining area clean! The place is also a reasonable environment to study for any college students looking for places to get work done -I recommend the Prosciutto crepe if you enjoy savory options! -I as well recommend the creme brûlée crepe if you like sweet crepes! -they also have pretty good drinks like their chai or matcha lattes! read more

I went to visit my son in Vegas. He was very adamant about going to this place. When I looked it up we were about 30 minutes away and I was trying to convince him to pick a closer place but he wouldn't budge and I'm so happy he didn't this place is incredible. It must be a hidden gem because not very many people were in there. The service was impeccable. I got the bang bang shrimp crepe and it was delicious! My son got the Turkey BLT and he loved it. We shared the strawberry banana crepe that came with Nutella and whipped cream. I mentioned that we would share it and she gave it to us on two separate plates. I got the Veggie Truffle Crepe, it felt very light, good amount of veggies and filled me up. Also got the Iced Matcha Latte with oat milk, again light not an overpowering taste, is how expected to taste. Not sure if it's a family business as ages of workers varied. Quieter staff, they were friendly and added to the relaxing atmosphere. It was a very relaxing and chill Saturday afternoon. This is just the cutest little cafe! The decor is seriously adorable. They have cloud lamps hanging from the ceiling- enough said. I'm not a breakfast person but this menu was insanely tempting- there were easily a dozen different things that looked delicious, both sweet and savory options. The drink menu also has both standard and unique items. The brown sugar matcha caught my eye so I went with that and a chocolate croissant. Both were great choices! The croissant was buttery and delicious, and the matcha drink had an amazing texture. The service was friendly and it didn't get too long to get our items! read more

Love this Korean-style cafe. Reminds me of the delicious cafes in Seoul. Cute interior design and they even have an instant photo booth inside It's a Unique & cozy little cafe right off 215 by Ikea. I've driven past this place a few times but never expected it to be this amazing. It tugged away and it's easy to miss but boy it was super busy. Great hidden gem of a cafe. I wish the location was a bit bigger it was busy and it took a bit for an open table. It's a walk-in and grabs your-own table system. They have a large menu - a selection of different crepes coffee and latte. You get a little bit of everything. Friendly staff and quick service on the food despite the small staff. I ordered the Cafe Mong Breakfast Sandwich which was fantastic. Their Turffle angus sandwich was 10/10! I wanted to order everything but gotta save room for next time. Fresh croisstant paried with their coffee was to die for. It's a pet-friendly and awesome place to come to with friends and family. Even bring your date, you can't go wrong. Had some very yummy crepes today. These crepes are more like a pancake batter type, so it's a little more on the bread-like texture. The presentation was good, service was superb and the decor iā awesome. First time seeing cloud lights. read more
I love this place! I've been here many times and am finally writing a review. The crepes are made to order and both the savory and the sweet ones are delicious. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.. The drink menu is extensive and fun. In the past I ordered the Squid Game latte because, come on, you put a name like that on a drink, I AM going to try it! Even though it is off menu now, they have graciously made it for me a few times. On the weekends it gets pretty busy at the cafe so be ready to stand in a line and maybe have to keep an eye out for a seat. They have outdoor seating as well. The interior is nicely decorated without being cluttered. They have a fun Photo Booth that cranks out a photo strip of poses. Give this place a try for a pleasant breakfast/brunch experience. read more
Finally came here after seeing multiple friends post about this place, making me HUNGRY every time ! Came here on a Friday afternoon for lunch with my friend after some earlier errands we had to do. Cafe Mong is located in a medical plaza next to another restaurant, just east of Southern Hills Hospital. I couldn't recall what was here before, possibly a place i didn't visit previously LOL Originally for some odd reason, i was thinking something along the lines of a viet-influenced cafe, but was corrected by my friend that its actually korean, where mong means dream ! were Asian. (random... Lol) Cute decor with dangling lights designed to look like clouds. I wanted to order so much things to try but opt'ed for ONLY a sandwich and drink this time around. Weirdly, this place is popular among Asians, seeing a good majority of customers I ended up ordering the "Truffle Angus" sandwich and a "Mocha Latte" to try while my friend got the same drink and a "Chicken Pesto" sandwich for herself. The "Truffle Angus" sandwich consists of corned beef, mushrooms, red onion, egg, and cheddar on sourdough bread. The sandwich is an "open faced sandwich" so only 1 slice of bread (sad) because the sourdough is SO GOOD ! 1 of my top 2 fav's so far in the city ! i wonder if they make their own bread ! yum yum sourdough bread ! Crust perfectly crispy but not too hard. The inside is soft and nice. Oh yeah the rest of the sandwich .. fresh mushrooms with egg and onions and melty cheddar cheese on top was yummy. There was this bouncy cubed "item" that i couldn't figure what it was, i guess it was the egg LOL... it kind of reminded me of some like fish cake or something. wonder what they did with the egg? "Mocha latte" was nice. Chocolate-y. Could have preferred the coffee/espresso aspect to be a bit stronger but it was pretty good. Not too sweet either which was good. I tried a bite of my friends "Chicken Pesto" sandwich. Her's was an actual sandwich. Can't say much of the chicken pesto aspect but mmm bread again LOL Can't wait to come back to try some crepes next time ! i almost ordered a crepe this time around too but didn't want to look like a piggy, despite friend already knowing that HEHE read more

NomNom! Definitely a must try cafe! Filled with a variety menu of food and drinks. I live close by and always drive passed it, finally got to try it out. The cafe is very well decorated, cute, and clean! My significant other and i ordered; -wasabi shrimp crepe -prosciutto crepe -squid game latte -ice caramel macchiato Everything was delicious and enjoyable, considering our first time here! My significant other demolished his crepe lol. Squid game latte was really fun to try as well! read more
Great hidden a spot in a medical complex just off the freeway. If you blink, you'll miss it but it is clear many people haven't because it was busy when we got there. Great variety of breakfast and lunch options. Prices were fair. Cafe has a cozy ambience with outdoor seating available as well. We tried the banana strawberry crepe and wasn't disappointed. Mood- Taro I saw Taro Latte was on the menu and wanted to have this as an early day treat. I love when I see pictures and it captivates my senses to go out and try a new place Upon entering they were busy getting orders together, however I was quickly acknowledged and told it would be a minute. This was totally fine as it allowed me more time to look at the menu and figure out what I wanted to entertain. You order at the counter, pay, find seating, and it is brought out to you. Opted for the Taro Latte of course, and the Loco Moco. Now that Taro Latte was everything I could have hoped for it to be. So wonderful. The Loco Moco came with Poached eggs and I will admit this was my very first time trying eggs like that. The Loco Moco is not your traditional style brown gravy but a teriyaki pineapple glaze style. The flavor was neat. Interior is several table and chair arrangements, along with outdoor seating. One thing that I thought was a pretty cool addition was their own photo booth. The decor is very eclectic and very eye catching. Everything was very clean. Music was playing in the background. Would recommend - pricing is a typical of the rates these days. The staff were very courteous and hospitable. My mind is really on that Taro still as it truly hit the spot. Now this is not fast food, everything is made to order so be prepared to wait a bit. Super happy tummies!!!! I'm embarrassed to say that we've driven by Cafe Mong several times and this morning was the first time visiting and certainly not the last. My interest was piqued looking at the reviews and pictures on Yelp. Everything looked amazing! We ordered an iced lavender latte which was so fresh and tasty. A great beverage to drink after a massage or spa treatment. A hot white chocolate mocha which was perfect, not too sweet. The Cafe Mong breakfast sandwich and the lox crepe were both phenomenal and filling. You could taste the love and care crafted into each bite and drink. Very cool cafe! Loved the ambiance. It's a terrific place to meet up for coffee or tea, breakfast, brunch or lunch. They have tables and chairs inside and an outdoor patio that even is pet friendly with water dishes for your furry family members. Amazing job Cafe Mong!! See you guys soon!!! read more

Great spot tuck away near IKEA! You definitely have to stop by and try some of their drinks! I didn't have time to grab food but there's a lot of seats and space available to sit down, snack, study, chat, and have a good time! Great vibes! Staff was really friendly, it was more of a low volume place which I can appreciate because alot of coffee shops are super loud. Now I know if I ever need to get some stuff done this is one of my spots! I ended up getting their chai latte and it was super yummy! I have to go back to try their food! We were able to try three crepes between babes and I!!! My coworker also had two of her own! So we had 5 crepes total, that's a lotttaaa crepes! When you first approach this cafe, you notice the cute patio. Then, once you enter, the smell of crepes enters your nose and it's just wonderful! Such a cute little cafe with friendly employees! Very helpful with choosing crepes! We wanted the wasabi shrimp but it was unavailable, so we opted for the salmon lox and prosciutto truffle crepes. They both were honestly very tasty and flavorful, I was pleasantly surprised! Definitely something I'd recommend! We also got to try the raspberry iced tea. Not too sweet, and just right! Highly recommend. The only downside is that it's way far from our house! read more
