Personnel is friendly but not always very efficient... I took a 4th star away for their awful croissants. I'm fine with not finding French pastries everywhere in the world (really!) But if you do it, you've got to do it right. Theirs are more croissant-shaped brioches than anything. You can find the same "good but not croissant-tasting croissants" in any S* coffee in the US. Go there for a good German cake (Kuchen), don't expect more, and this will be a great little place.
