Located in strip mall near Nijaya market. We were nearby and decided to come check them out. Cute little dessert spot with plenty of tables. Their menu consisted mainly of gelato, crepes and coffee. Lady that waited on us was friendly and polite and when we asked how long they had been in business she told us 2009. We ordered cookies and cream gelato and a vanilla gelato as well. My favorite was the vanilla and next time I will try the pistachio for sure! Come check them out!
Came here after enjoy a nice lunch and massage in the area and I just needed a good old fashion thai tea and I'm so glad I stopped in! I walked in and they inside was really nice and welcoming with some people working on their laptops and enjoying their desserts. The woman behind the counter took my order right away. I ordered a Thai tea with light boba and it was perfect. The flavor was spot on ans the boba pearls were just the right kind of chewy, not too mushy or slimy but perfect! I also asked to try some samples of the ice cream. I tried the Taro ice cream and pistachio ice cream which were both pretty decent and beautifully displayed. I asked if the ice cream was made fresh daily ans the woman said they were made every other day which was fine because the ice cream was still pretty good. Over all, a really sweet place and I can't wait to come back!

I usually get a latte, either hazelnut or vanilla, and it's quite good and strong as I like it. I absolutely love the cubed ice they use. I'm quite particular about my ice. It's also more on the acidic side than I'd like it to be, but it's still delish! The crepes I have had here were okay, they weren't great but I'd recommend to get something else instead. Employees are always super sweet and they make your orders super quick. Tables are a-plenty for a cafe.
A perfect dessert! The crepe itself was soft enough to use only a fork to cut. I'm usually not a fan of whipped cream but the one they put inside the crepe was delicious! There's a lot of seating inside and outside, makes a cute date spot! I'll have to come back to try the gelato flavors of the brown sugar butter crepe!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! A male cashier working on the evening of February 25th between 7-8pm was incredibly rude and bitter to a customer with a nut allergy. I have experienced this multiple times already and this is my last straw. My friend and I visit almost once a month and order a crepe with ice cream and always disclose that they have a nut allergy and request for the staff to do what they can to prevent cross contamination since some of their ice cream flavors and topping include nuts. This male cashier ALWAYS gives us attitude and we can't stand it anymore. The crepe ain't THAT good. I don't know what this guy has against people with nut allergies but he is always giving attitude and it gets so much worse when you disclose that you're allergic to nuts. Management needs to pull this man to the side, teach him some manners, and give him a whoopin before someone else does.
Salted Caramel Banana Crepe with Cookie Butter Gelato (10/10): I love the thinness and subtle sweetness from the crepe; it's definitely not too eggy and allows the other flavors to shine. The bananas were at the perfect ripeness, so it did not make the dessert super sweet. The custard filling and light drizzle of salted caramel is such an amazing combination. The cookie butter gelato was nice and creamy, and it was super enjoyable eating both the gelato and crepe together. Overall Thoughts: I highly recommend the crepes (although I wish they put more custard in the filling) and gelato. They have a lot of unique Asian flavor gelatos, which makes each visit a pleasant surprise because I can try a different flavor each time. The vibe of the cafe is super friendly and cute. There are lots of chairs and tables, and it would be a great study spot as it isn't too noisy to concentrate. The workers are very nice, and it doesn't take them too long to make my order. I'll definitely visit Cafe Hue again to try a different flavored crepe and gelato!
I ordered their matcha coconut drink and it was decent. I got the large and after tip and tax it was almost $10 for the drink. Service was great and my drink came out pretty quick. The drink was on the creamy side and the matcha had some clumps but it was still good. I would come again but I'd just get the regular size.
My friends and I used to go here all the time since 2012. We came by to visit just like the old times and it's still as good as I remembered! I ordered my usual nutella crepe. I didn't realize how much I missed it! It was so good I finished it in less than 5 minutes! They also had a lot of gelato flavors to choose from. If you're not into sweets, they also have savory crepes! Service was fast, and they have plenty of seating areas. It was clean and there's planty of lighting inside. Save some room for dessert and stop by here for a crepe!
If you have not visited this small place, you are truly missing out. If you like Belgian waffles or French crepes, this is the place to get one. I have been around the world, have had many decent crepes even in Paris; those made at Cafe Hue are amazing, better than anything I have ever sampled. I have even brought here friends who live in Europe and they concurred with me! Give this place a shot! My favorite is Nutella with whipped cream; their whipped cream is not the traditional white whipped cream but rather this buttery tasting, off white whipped cream that has a dreamy taste! Try this place at your own risk; you will be addicted!
I would say the service and the way they were able to add the marshmallow and whip cream for my kids' hot chocolate was the reason this place gets 5 stars . The price was a bit more higher than other places but it was cold day. They have lots of crepes both savory and sweet and next time I would try those other flavors and options. They have a variety of gelato and waffles and dressings. It is next to Nijiya market place and in a busy shopping plaza but parking was not hard to find.

This place is insanely delicious. They had a cookie butter crepe!! Need I say more?! Their ube ice cream was to die for. I also enjoyed the drink but can't remember what it was - I just know it had ube ice cream on top. Ordering was smooth and quick. There was plenty of seating so we ended up staying and working for a while. I'll definitely be back to try more dessert and some of their savory crepes. read more
This review is about the gelato. I had heard they serve gelato here, but haven't heard much about it, so I was on a mission to discover for myself. I was pleasantly surprised by the many flavor options they had. Plus that they allow more than the posted 2 samples per person as long as it's not busy. My favorite flavor was pistachio. It was thick and creamy, and not salted like how some other creameries are salting their pistachio. It tasted like pistachio and not like almond / amaretto. The black sesame flavor was okay. The taro flavor was very fleeting. My husband liked the cookies and cream and pistachio. Service is friendly and the a/c is strong (great for summer!). Tables and chairs are a bit run down. Parking can be a little tight and hard to find in the parking lot. read more

Their cookie butter crepe is amazing, and so is their yogurt gelato. I came here as a first date, and it has become our go-to place to go. The staff is also soooo nice! PS the banana cream latte is to die for. read more
I'm always thinking about how good the crepes here are so I figured I should write a review to show my appreciation. Been here a couple of times now and not once have I been disappointed about the dessert or the service. Got the Nutella Strawberry Banana Crepe with a scoop of Coffee Ice cream. Also got Cookie Butter Ice cream on the side (not pictured). It's so good - both the crepe and the ice creams. I haven't tried the savory crepes and the waffles, but I'm definitely going to next time I come around. The desserts are good consistently so I would be down to branching out and trying something new. Service was great. Everyone was super friendly and orders were completed quickly. The shop didn't have a lot of people; scatter of parties here and there, and it seems like a nice place to meet with friends, family or even study/work. Vibes were awesome. Definitely coming back, lots of other drinks and desserts I want to try. My favorite spot for crepes! I've been coming here for years now and I usually get the same thing; crepe with Nutella and strawberries topped with cookie butter gelato. There is something about their whipped cream that I'm obsess with. Maybe it's the taste and the texture? I usually come here during off peak hours. It can get pretty crowded and it's a small spot. I've been dealing with different staffs each time that I come in, but everyone has been good and friendly. The parking spaces are small and can be hard to find during busy hours. read more

I like gelatos but its not something I crave or seek out. But I LOVE their Honeydew gelato here, it's so refreshing and good! I come here specifically for that and the waffles. The strawberry cheesecake crepe is also very yummy. Only thing is that they don't always have honeydew gelato. I think it's based on availability on certain days. There's been a few times where they didn't have honeydew so I had to settle for another flavor, which was still good, but I didn't love it like the honeydew that I'd so much looked forward to! It's a casual comfy spot. I come here often and sit and chat with friends for anywhere from 30mins-2hours and the staff are usually nice. read more
Cafe Hue is my favorite place for crepes and waffles! Most other places make their crepes soggy but there is still crunch here. My favorite crepe is the hues coffee crepe with the biscoff cookie crumbs for extra crunch. I love the whipped cream they use because they make it fresh in house and it's not too sweet at all! My favorite waffle is the cream cheese waffle because the house made cream cheese perfectly balances out the sweet waffle. Studying here is good because of the ample seating. The employees are all very sweet and give great advice on what to get! The gelato here is great too (I love the yogurt and mascarpone) and they make it in house as well which is a plus! read more

Crepe was good. Just good, but i'd come back. The menu is big but honestly the crepe selection didnt scream out PICK ME! I am a sucker for Taro or Ube. They had Taro. My Taro crepe was nothing special. Taro flavor was subdued. There was a small almost non existent sweet drizzle on top. Kinda blah overall. I wouldnt order it again. My son had Cookie Butter Crepe. This was a 4.5. Better than the Taro hands down! Nice crispy crunch from the Biscotti cookie crumbles w a sweet butter creme and Biscotti spread inside drizzled w chocolate sauce. I'd get this crepe again. Oh ya, no Ube on menu We did not try the waffles or ice cream. But next time we will try a scoop of ice cream on our crepe. I will re-evaluate and update my review. It was alright. Big lot but hard to find parking on a Saturday. I came here yesterday with friends and it was pretty empty with only one other party. They have a vast menu of waffles, sweet crepes, and savory crepes. The service is very minimal. I thought they'd carry it to our table - but it was purely order, pick up your plates, and bring it to your table. The sweet crepes looked good, so I'd give it a try but my turkey breast crepe was disappointing. I'm not sure why the menu doesn't list that cheese is a part of the crepe?? It would say 'ham & cheese,' 'bacon, eggs, & cheese,' but the turkey said 'turkey breast,' implying no cheese. I really don't like cheese because I'm lactose intolerant, so it was very disappointing when the turkey crepe was filled withal a thin slice of turkey deli meat, mushy old avocado, cheese, and iceberg lettuce? That was strange for a crepe. However two stars for the sweet crepes because I think that's probably more worth it to go out of your way for. read more

Amazing crepes! They've also got really large portions and they do not skimp out on the filling at all. They tasted rather good and the gelato was also really good. Overall very filling and very tasty. The chairs were comfortable and the vibes were friendly making it perfect to take your family out friends here. Came here on a weekday and most of the tables were filled. We ordered one crepe with fruits and Nutella. Some of the fruits were sour yet some of it were sweet. I also loved how each bite had at least one fruit in it. The thinness of the crepe was delicious and not soggy. Also loved how there was a perfect amount of Nutella all around without making it too sweet yet too bland. On top of that we also added one scoop of sesame gelato. It didn't melt that quickly so that's a plus. I deducted one star because I felt like the customer service could've been better. We weren't sure which flavor of gelatos to get so we did ask for samples and even so, the server sort of made us feel ashamed for doing that. In other words, he was making sure that each scoop was going to be small by scraping it little by little. Most place that I've been to would only do it once and however the amount is on the spoon is whatever the customer would get. Honestly, I was just a bit uncomfortable watching that. Another thing that I wanted to point out was how no one in that store smiled one bit. I get that it's a long day but it bothered me to see how I'm tipping a place that is so unwelcoming, especially when I'm getting dessert. Overall thought is that the food itself and everything is good, however, customer service plays a huge role in the vibe or environment I'm in. If sample is something that is frowned upon, please do not have that as an option for customers. read more

Came here for crepes after dinner, and it was pretty good! We had the nutella and fruit crepe which was soft, fluffy, warm, and had strawberry, banana, blueberries, kiwi, of course nutella, and also whipped cream. We were trying the gelatos too since they had interesting flavors, but the server did not have a smile and gave us the world's smallest samples on the world's smallest spoon. Ended up getting a scoop of sesame on top of the crepe. The only thing was some of the fruit, especially the kiwi and strawberry, was a little too sour, but overall the sweetness was perfect. The biggest reason for the star deduction was the service but other than that, very enjoyable crepe; I would come again read more

Do you make raindrop cakes?
No, it doesn't seem like they have that on the menu.
Can you make a yummy dessert without a milk product and Without nuts? I see all your pictures posted and all look yummy but my son has milk allergies and can't have anything with nuts or seeds .
I have ordered crepes, waffles and shaved ice without nuts or seeds because my children have same allergies. They oblige and are attentive to your dietary needs.
