Flavouring was slightly sweet but not unpleasant in a savoury dish. I asked for no butter on the toast, but apparently it was really nice, almost as if it had cheese on it. Baked eggs with baked beans was delicious as well. And both at $15 and $15.50 - you'll notice the other dishes have attractive pricing also. Coffee was great! Strong and slightly bitter, so if that's up your alley you'll love this. They also now have matcha lattes and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Not overly sweet and comes in a huge mug. They have their roastery in the back, with large windows separating from the cafe. We had visited twice here and each time was a great experience. I had the opportunity to try both their Ethiopian and their Guatemalan long blacks, and the tasting notes do stand out. They have a variety of coffee beans you can purchase, along with a more limited selection of teas. Toby's Estate is a must try for all coffee aficionados in the area.
