The pistachios were an odd addition because it added texture, but it came out a bit bitter when eaten with the watermelon and strawberry flavors. SALT & PEPPER CALAMARI This dish was okay. The calamari was soft and should've had a crispy skin. Flavor was okay when the lemon was squeezed on it and when dipped into the tartar sauce it added a deeper layer of creamy tartness.
