Our driveway was constantly covered with needles. I got a quote from Washington Tree Experts that was reasonable. They did a great job with taking the tree down carefully so my neighbor's fence and house was not damaged nor was there any damage to our yard. The hauled most of the wood away and left some for me, at my request, to split for firewood. The crew was respectful, courtous, and the price was as we agreed. We are looking forward to a much cleaner driveway. The only problem we had was they were scheduled several weeks in advance so we had to wait but the wait was worth it.

When he came down we asked if maybe they cut too much off and his response was "yeah, I didn't see what they were doing but it'll grow back." We were offered a $500 discount on our $6,000+ bill. As you can see, 2 years later, the branches have not grown back and our yard still looks horrible. We regret trusting WTE to help with our trees as they did irreversible damage that cannot be fixed.

I spoke with five companies, and of those five, Kenny Tree was the only company that: - Came out on the same day I called. Within about an hour, actually. - Gave an estimate on the spot. - Offered to have a crew out the very next morning. - Was actually willing to take down both trees and haul the wood (three companies declined to handle one or both trees for various reasons). - Didn't try to upsell me on any services. - Didn't try to get me to tear down parts of my fence or remove limbs from other nearby trees. - After I strung them along for over a week while I collected other bids, they were STILL able to be there the next morning after I signed. - Completed the work in an hour less than the estimated time. While I initially thought the estimate seemed high, it turned out to be half of what the other companies wanted to charge (of those that were even willing to do the job). There's a lot of variance between what these companies are willing to do and how much they charge for it. I'm glad I went with Luke, Loren, & the guys, and I'll be recommending them to the neighbors.

Andy came out to take a look and give an estimate, and while he was here we discussed other major work on another locust that would keep our roof safe in the future. I was impressed by Andy's knowledge and experience, and his estimate turned out to be slightly lower than another estimate we'd gotten, so we went with Dominant. A few days later Matthew arrived right on time with his crew. In addition to the branch removals, tree shaping and trimming, Matthew took the time to replace an old cable on our biggest locust that he saw was cutting into the bark with a superior cabling system. He and his crew were all so helpful, pleasant, and respectful of the yard and garden. Despite all the heavy branches that needed trimming, there was no damage to anything and cleanup was above and beyond. If you need this kind of work done I can highly recommend Dominant to take care of you.

I had eight trees removed from my property and my experience with Northwest Arboriculture was an excellent one. The entire crew of six were highly capable safety-minded individuals who showed up on time and were extremely organized and efficient in their methodology in removing the trees. They moved the cut trees safely to the wood chipper and cleaned up the property so no signs of debris was left. The team was very friendly, respectful and efficient at every stage of the process. From the initial call to the owner to schedule the bid, to the estimate visit from Matthew was a positive one that made me feel confident with my selection of this company. I think the pricing was extremely reasonable for the amount of time and effort to remove the large cottonwoods and maple trees from my yard. The six person team arrived in with their two large vehicles ready to work and get down to business. Their jobs are incredible dangerous and they made it look so graceful. They deserve my respect for what they do to safely remove the dangerous trees. I would recommend this family owned business for your tree removal needs. I will definitely have them work on my property again in the future.
