We have large family meals and my wife loves to bake and cook so upgrading her to professional appliances was a dream I could make come true. The original cabinet remodeler backed out last minute. I found Brad and he came out same day for design and delivered final product on time and in budget. Also had an issue after install where we damaged the new cabinets with an appliance install. I needed stain to match the cabinets they installed to repair the issues caused by appliance install and he gave me that for free and helped me with a small piece of trim as well. Great team they will treat you right I am confident.

They removed the 40" by 7' center piece, that held the tv, and put a 72" by 7' piece in its place to hold a larger tv. They were able to match all the molding and stain perfectly. I messed up on one thing and Brad said he would come back and fix it. A few days later Brad called me and he came out and fixed the problem no charge. He and his guys are very professional and if I need any other cabinets made I'll definitely use him.

We especially liked that she would listen to our preferences and then present us with a limited number of options to choose from. We were easily overwhelmed going to showrooms. Although I was hesitant about using a stager at first, she made a true believer out of me. Staging is really SO important in the sales process, it was definitely worth it's weight in gold. Karen is a dynamo that can put it all together so fast it will make your head swim. She used all of our own "stuff" that had always been there...but in the wrong place! I couldn't believe how good it all looked when she was done. My only regret is that we didn't use her 8 years ago when we moved in. We had been living with a bedroom and other things that were all wrong all those years, and she fixed it one day. I just couldn't see how to do what she did. And the best part is that she truly LOVES what she does. You can tell that she just can't wait to dig in and and set things straight! Would I use her again?? YES YES YES

The owner Karen is absolutely amazing to deliver the result. First of all, she knew exactly what we…read morewanted in detail and she created the optimal situation punctually. Second of all, she has so much knowledge regarding not only staging, but also marketing, real estate and so much more. We were blown away by her multi-talents & professionalism. Most of all, her service fee was VERY reasonable. We called around before we found her number. And her fee was lowest so far. But that doesn't mean she uses cheap furniture. She uses very elegant, gender-neutral and expensive furniture. Please be aware, some stagers use cardboard boxes or air mattress and cover them with thick blanket to make it look like a bed. Karen uses REAL bed & frame. We are totally satisfied with her excellent & ethical service.

Pro Home helped me accurately compare remodel quotes 1:1, helped call out the gaps to save us money, was consistently communicative and actually showed up when he said he would. But Michael did a great job of coaching us through those conversations so we didn't get one over on us and could stay on track.

The BEST THING to happen in the past month was RIPPING out the Shaw Vinyl flooring that Green…read moreCarpet and their installers put in wrong causing the vinyl to buckle from underneath. What did their installers do wrong? They used WAY TO MUCH WATER in the leveling compound that NEVER dried and it destroyed the vinyl from underneath. For over 2 years, the water sat there destroying the floor from underneath. And you said... well there's moisture underneath. Well yes... but there was no leak in the slab, there was no leak in either of the two sinks, there was no leak in the toilet. There was no leak in the dishwasher and there was no leak in the water dispenser on the refrigerator. Green Carpet (and IF they contacted Shaw) then denied us any warranty claim. What a shame. We gave Green Carpet lots of money when we moved into this house with whole house carpet and wooden flooring in the dining room. Probable future business and recommendations are NO more. We hired a new company who ripped the vinyl floor out, you can see from the pictures enclosed. The tiles were wet underneath. The leveling had turned to powder. They then sanded the floor down properly, and then the entire floor was sealed (which had your installers done, the floor would have lasted MAYBE) We then had a very nice ceramic tile installed. Rest assured, you have not heard the end of me. After this flooring rip-out discovery in that we did nothing wrong, I will do what I can to social media post your company that the buyer should beware. We lost a lot of money, and you will likely lose a lot more money through the power of bad social media and reviews. It will be tagged to Shaw Flooring also. I hear on radio you are moving out of Windcrest. Good for the residents of Windcrest. Goodbye and Good Riddance
