They know how to bring out the colors of the room, counter top, etc. I sold my rehab in 2 weeks in a market where the average is 69 days. I have NO DOUBT because of the staging the sold sold quickly for the asking price. In addition, the price they charged me was very reasonable compared to other staging companies. I will definitely be using this company for my future flips.

She was very professional, personable, and conscious of our time. She was more aware than the painting company and gave a great color recommendation that I almost did not go with since I wanted them to fix my color. So, we appreciated her coming out so quickly and helping them to understand what needed to be done to our range hood and finally move the project forward.

I could not find anyone to work on it and another handyman group recommended Zack. Zack (owner) went through a couple of expense options and recommended the best for our budget. (We are on a limited income budget) Excellent handyman that completed all the work on time and at cost. Zack and Parker came when we experienced the worst cold snap last week in years. They even did extras that I had requested without hesitation. They work well with subcontractors (Ace Handyman) as not all demo work could be completed. Highly recommend Kluever Construction!!! I couldn't be happier with the incredible job this company did installing my recessed lighting!…read moreFrom start to finish, the entire process was seamless. They were professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain placement options and make thoughtful recommendations that truly elevated the space. The installation itself was flawless; clean lines, perfectly aligned lighting, and not a single mess left behind. They treated my home with care and respect, which I really appreciated. The new recessed lighting completely transformed the room, making it brighter, more modern, and so much more inviting. If you're considering any lighting upgrades, I highly recommend this team. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship speak for themselves. I would absolutely use them again for future projects!

The BEST THING to happen in the past month was RIPPING out the Shaw Vinyl flooring that Green…read moreCarpet and their installers put in wrong causing the vinyl to buckle from underneath. What did their installers do wrong? They used WAY TO MUCH WATER in the leveling compound that NEVER dried and it destroyed the vinyl from underneath. For over 2 years, the water sat there destroying the floor from underneath. And you said... well there's moisture underneath. Well yes... but there was no leak in the slab, there was no leak in either of the two sinks, there was no leak in the toilet. There was no leak in the dishwasher and there was no leak in the water dispenser on the refrigerator. Green Carpet (and IF they contacted Shaw) then denied us any warranty claim. What a shame. We gave Green Carpet lots of money when we moved into this house with whole house carpet and wooden flooring in the dining room. Probable future business and recommendations are NO more. We hired a new company who ripped the vinyl floor out, you can see from the pictures enclosed. The tiles were wet underneath. The leveling had turned to powder. They then sanded the floor down properly, and then the entire floor was sealed (which had your installers done, the floor would have lasted MAYBE) We then had a very nice ceramic tile installed. Rest assured, you have not heard the end of me. After this flooring rip-out discovery in that we did nothing wrong, I will do what I can to social media post your company that the buyer should beware. We lost a lot of money, and you will likely lose a lot more money through the power of bad social media and reviews. It will be tagged to Shaw Flooring also. I hear on radio you are moving out of Windcrest. Good for the residents of Windcrest. Goodbye and Good Riddance

Although I was hesitant about using a stager at first, she made a true believer out of me. Staging is really SO important in the sales process, it was definitely worth it's weight in gold. Karen is a dynamo that can put it all together so fast it will make your head swim. She used all of our own "stuff" that had always been there...but in the wrong place! I couldn't believe how good it all looked when she was done. My only regret is that we didn't use her 8 years ago when we moved in. We had been living with a bedroom and other things that were all wrong all those years, and she fixed it one day. I just couldn't see how to do what she did. And the best part is that she truly LOVES what she does. You can tell that she just can't wait to dig in and and set things straight! Would I use her again?? YES YES YES

Second of all, she has so much knowledge regarding not only staging, but also marketing, real estate and so much more. We were blown away by her multi-talents & professionalism. Most of all, her service fee was VERY reasonable. We called around before we found her number. And her fee was lowest so far. But that doesn't mean she uses cheap furniture. She uses very elegant, gender-neutral and expensive furniture. Please be aware, some stagers use cardboard boxes or air mattress and cover them with thick blanket to make it look like a bed. Karen uses REAL bed & frame. We are totally satisfied with her excellent & ethical service.
