We also installed new carpet in the master that is stain resistant and has memory foam padding. It's nice under-foot :) Our realtor swore by Champion and referred us. It is a family owned small shop. The drive from San Antonio was well worth it... I do feel that the prices are in line with the excellent quality we got. The install was scheduled around 1-2 weeks out and the crew came to install everything in 2 days. They cleaned up everything and even installed matching quarter rounds. They are very communicative and promise everything up until your deposit is placed. And then communication falls apart, and at this point I can't count how many deadlines have been missed. And forget about trying to get ahold of anyone for an update. We wish we had gone with Perry Homes! Edit: Delayed another month. Wish they were able to arrange for materials on time. We had the option of building a home with Perry last year, right in front of a beautiful park. We passed on the lot because they were honest about time frames, u like Scott Felder who projected an unrealistic closing date. I've spoken to another person who went with Scott felder two years ago and they were already having delay issues, and took over double their initial projected build time. The fact that they knew that there were already delays, and told me unrealistic dates, is insane. Meanwhile the home is sitting exposed to the elements, it's clearly falling apart. And again, I'm hearing of a lot of warranty issues occurring with Scott felder homes. I haven't even updated my wife yet about the new delays I'm afraid she'll kill me for choosing Scott felder. I'm officially looking for a new home. Thanks Scott.

(These pictures only include the front 2 rooms and half bath.) Most of these things were caught and pointed out prior to closing - they promised they would fix them after closing. They have sent multiple people out to look at these issues - Each time they act very concerned and say they will fix the issues ASAP. Still waiting...

We moved before our project was done and it's obvious because of that they cut corners and stopped caring. Leslie was unprofessional to communicate with when we could actually get a hold of her. We are finally back in town visiting the completed project and there are so many things that don't work or were installed improperly. We have had two water leaks from poor fittings, had to reinstall the breaker box, and rehang doors that won't close. The garage doors were never fully installed with no tension in the cables. Rivets missing in the roof. Let's see what we find next. Very very dissatisfied and can not recommend this company

Triple R refinished and replaced my kitchen cabinets. They did an outstanding job refinishing…read moredamaged doors and baseboards and replaced some doors, and paint application is flawless with clean lines. I recommend. Details below. I used Yelp's Project feature to get quotes on this job. I called Triple R too asking for quote, and it took a few days for a return call. They visited to see potential job and quote, as did a couple of other companies populated by Yelp's Project feature. Triple R's price was competitive, and their service features, guarantee and availability was the reason I booked them. The process was explained at booking. The cabinet and drawer facings were removed. A few days later they provided a paint sample on a cabinet door so that I could see the true color of how the paint looks. I'm glad for the test because the colors were too light. We tried a darker shade, which took a few days to get, and that was much better. The kitchen is completely closed off for 3 days, and we were asked to pull out the oven away from the wall so they can spray paint. They put up a plastic shield, ceiling to floor, to spray paint boxes of the cabinets. The facings are done at the shop. We had no access to refrigerator, oven etc. Triple R's work also included installing new doors (included in quote) new knobs and handles (we provided), new soft close hinges (they provide) and new bumper pads (they provide). Overall job took 3 weeks. Most communication was by text. Triple R is a family business, so grace given that their Yelp profile is not robust (2 reviews). And grace given with black dust that is a residual effect of interior spray painting (no damage resulted, just had to thoroughly clean afterwards).
