If you read this comment, I can assure you they are one of the best transportation companies in the city. I was worried about my driver being on time, being friendly, and attentive. I was hosting 14 girls and was worried about the limo being clean and stocked. Well LIMOZ went above and beyond all of these expectations. We rented the H2 Hummer white limo. It was beautiful on the inside and out. Rusty was our driver and he was the perfect man for the job. He restocked all glassware and ice after every drop off. He was patient with us as we ran late, as we got drunk, and even as we had to have a special trip home for a couple of the girls (35 min each way). Wendy is the girl you want to talk with when making the reservation and she will make you feel at ease and get you the best possible scenario you can get. Thank you LIMOZ, we all had a fantastic time and raved about the perfect limo and great service. When we come back, you will be the first we call.

But we didn't end up with a Sprinter like originally quoted, day of event we were told the Sprinter we reserved had a mechanical issue. We got a larger bus which would be great if we needed that, but didn't feel quite as nice as the Sprinters do, the bus just felt old and run down. But even with the hiccup, we'd likely reach out again for pricing since they were very competitive. Nice driver!

My best friend and I were going to a retreat at Mago. Upon arrival at the Phoenix airport we were picked up by the shuttle and taken directly to Mago. Even though it was a 2 hour drive, it flew by because they were so interactive. We heard history of the area as well as new building projects were pointed out. This didn't feel like a paid service, it felt like traveling with family. After our retreat at Mago was over, we treated ourselves to their private tour of the Sedona area. This was absolutely amazing! We've been to Sedona before but it wasn't a great trip so this was our redemption trip and we surely got that. We were driven around to places we had no idea existed and felt like royalty. We were listened to and every need was met with a smile. I will always schedule my transport needs with them when in the Phoenix/Sedona area in the future. They are absolutely the best of the best in my opinion and I am difficult to please at times.

The company reached out to me the day before to confirm flight data and gave exact instructions on where to meet them when I landed at the airport. My flight was scheduled to arrive at 7:50 and my shuttle pickup time was scheduled for 9 pm allowing time to claim luggage, etc however my driver, Steven called when he was on his way and was able to pick me up earlier than scheduled which was perfect as I didn't have to wait around until 9. Shuttle was clean and we had a smooth ride to Surprise. Steven offered help if needed to board and bottled water. This service was recommended to me by a neighbor and I will definitely recommend to others. Price of the service was reasonable as well.

We rented this bus for my sister-in-law's 50th birthday party and it did not disappoint. Sound system was great as we rocked out to our personal Spotify playlist. Absolutely loved and utilized both stripper poles. Probably not wise considering all of us were in our 40s and 50s. Once in a while, you gotta toss caution to the wind and just go wild. They had plenty of water and ice on board and they greeted us with birthday balloons and a carpet for the birthday girl to enter the vehicle. There were only 10 of us along with a cooler that we brought and some food but it could've easily have accommodated 18 to 20. This business could not have been any easier to deal with. They responded to all of my questions timely, and sent pictures of the party bus when asked. Jacob Transportation, thank you so much for making our day absolutely memorable! Birthday girl was happy and so were we!
