Birthday parties occur in the afternoons and they only do one party at a time so you have the entire place to yourself. And if you are a member you'll receive a discount on your party package. There are two "floors" so two classes are often taking place at once but it isn't distracting. There are also two bathrooms, one of which has a changing station and diaper pail. Saying "I'm sorry you feel that way" is not how you handle bullying involving young kids. At the end of the day, this place seemed more focused on avoiding the issue than properly addressing bullying and protecting the children involved. Safety, accountability, and empathy should come first. Also worth noting -- they are NOT BBB accredited. If you read the BBB reviews instead of only the Google reviews, you'll quickly see that we are not the only family with serious concerns about how this business operates. Very disappointed.
