I drove there to get a new pass decal for one of my Harleys today after talking to the Pikepass authority who told me that Williams had on hand after updating everything on the phone with the State. I get there and the two ladies behind the Costumer No-Service counter said that they had the State decals but didn't know how to use the system. They suggested that I go to the tag agency down the road. I went there and they didn't have any of the motorcycle decals left on hand and suggested that I go back to Williams and tell them to call the tag agency and they would help them. I went back to Williams and asked if they could call them or the State to figure it out. They refused and went back to playing on their cell phones. My suggestion, DON'T BE LAZY and learn your fricken jobs!! As nasty as this lame "discount" store is you would think they would do ANYTHING to get costumers in. Avoid at ask costs.
