This was a while ago and it still irks me to this day…read more Ordered a blue cake for a birthday, recieved a chocolate cake instead. Design was what I wanted, but we agreed on the color and I didn't receive it. Asked what went wrong and the man cashier went "We have white chocolate and regular chocolate, there's no blue chocolate". As in, blue chocolate doesn't exist. Bless his heart. Please don't agree if you can't deliver. Didn't have a replacement so I just paid for it anyways, couldn't even get a discount. Thumbs all the way down.

I'm not sure that I may or may not have been looking hard enough, but I didn't see a menu, or add ons -- if you preferred a sandwich of sorts. I then began to get a look from the owners that I knew everything that they had to offer already (mind you, that happened to be my first time in the store). It felt is if they started to think I wasn't smart enough to know what I wanted, or how I wanted it. Maybe offer some ideas. Maybe offer to mention that we -- as customers -- are able to have our sandwiches warmed or left cold.

This place is fantastic! I'm picky about donuts, and although I didn't get any in this gift box, I can only imagine like the MercyMe song, that they are totally delish. I have a few favorite places to eat in/near Lawton when I'm back "home" in Southwest Oklahoma. Just added Lawton Donuts to the list! And I also hear the service is wonderful.

YUM, and since I have some fellow Lawton Yelpers who love Shaved Ice too, I had to add this place now that I've discovered & tried it!! Warning: It's not like the traditional Hawaiian Style Shaved ice, like I'm use to, this is what they call New Orleans Style Shaved Ice. The best way I could describe it would be it's more like a slushy, it's a very fine ice (like snow). Perfect with it being 95 degrees and climbing, so I was just looking for refreshment!! They have quite a large number of flavors to choose from, including sugar-free. You can also add cream and sour to any of them too. I was surprised at how cheap it was...yes, it is just ice topped with flavored sugar water, but some places charge a lot for that! LOL It's family run, and they weren't overly chatty, but they weren't unfriendly either...I think a little more customer interaction would have been nice, if I had to give one suggestion. Overall, tasty, cheap, refreshing treat on a hot day, especially when you're looking for something on the East side of Lawton & don't want to drive into town. I'm a fan & will definitely return & tell friends!
