Design was what I wanted, but we agreed on the color and I didn't receive it. Asked what went wrong and the man cashier went "We have white chocolate and regular chocolate, there's no blue chocolate". As in, blue chocolate doesn't exist. Bless his heart. Please don't agree if you can't deliver. Didn't have a replacement so I just paid for it anyways, couldn't even get a discount. Thumbs all the way down.

It felt is if they started to think I wasn't smart enough to know what I wanted, or how I wanted it. Maybe offer some ideas. Maybe offer to mention that we -- as customers -- are able to have our sandwiches warmed or left cold.
