I loved coming here the whole time of my stay because it was easy to get quick salads, meals and little items. I also came here for some allergy medication as well. Allergies have been horrible this summer. This little market was very convenient and of course it's in Jackson hole so of course it's going to be expensive like everything here but that doesn't take away from the convenience and availability of items. The people working here were extremely polite except for one big, brown guy the last day, who stared me up and down and couldn't bother putting my items into my shopping bag that I brought with me. There's always one!

Whether or not that's true, I can surely say that I was here at this Maverik last weekend. I recalled foggily that I had been there before and so I pulled in with a hazy "maybe" but with fond recollections of the gas station. I did indeed buy fuel here, and if you're headed out of town, or into the parks, this is absolutely the last stop you should make before heading out because gas is scarce in any direction once you leave Jackson. I was just topping off and did a few hundred miles that day in the name of being safe, so the extra 1/8 tank was just a security measure. I did also use the restrooms because it was a 2 hour drive into town and I'm a human who had orange juice at breakfast. Someone in our group has a theory that Maverik has the best bathrooms, and I think I agree. These were reasonably clean and spacious, and the mini mart inside is also fully stocked with cold and shelf goods. It's not too far from the center of town, but if you're just hanging around the square, you do pass a few other gas stations on the way.

Unfortunately, the stay itself was disappointing, especially considering the price. The room felt dated and in need of maintenance. The bedding was old and worn, and the shower floor felt soft and unstable, almost like you could fall through it. Several bathroom tiles were coming loose as well. The curtains didn't close all the way, making it difficult to block out light and maintain privacy. Noise and building movement were also issues. Every time someone walked past our room, the entire room seemed to shake, which made it hard to relax. The room did include a mini-fridge, which was appreciated. The inn also offers complimentary snacks and hot beverages at the mart. While the gesture was nice, the snacks consisted of prepackaged rolls that were not very good. The tea selection was surprisingly excellent, but the coffee was disappointing. Another downside was the pricing at the mart, where everything seemed extremely overpriced. We also attempted to fill up with gas before leaving, but the pumps were not working. Overall, the location is the best thing this property has going for it. Given the condition of the room and the price charged, I would not stay here again and would look for other options in the area.
