The setup's simple: a little food truck with a few covered tables, some beautiful rose bushes, and music that's usually a bit too loud--probably trying to compete with the endless roar of 281 traffic, which is also too loud. Would I love to see the space a little more jazzed up? Sure. But there's also something sacred about a place that keeps the hipsters away. They prefer when you call your order in ahead of time--and honestly, that worked best for us. But even when we ordered on the spot, there was never much of a wait to order or for the food. The entrance said closed but on the side is this kiosk and it has a huge neon open sign...and you walk up to where you would expect some Sammy Hagard looking dude... but nothing. Recently, I've watched the female bartender make my drink and noticed she pours only about 1/4 of a shot instead of the full shot these margaritas are supposed to contain. I politely pointed this out. Instead of fixing the drink, she pretended not to understand English - even though I've personally heard her speaking fluent English. When I pressed the issue, she still refused to correct the drinks. You're paying high-end prices for a weak, dishonest pour. If you're paying for quality, don't expect to get what you ordered here.
