Upon entry, they'll write down your license plate number and get your flight information so they know when the shuttle needs to pick you up. Once I accidentally gave them the wrong flight number, and I received a call from them the day of my return flight asking when I was coming so that they could make sure they had a shuttle waiting for me! Once you park your car, a shuttle will pull right up to where you parked and take you to the airport entrance. They give you a card with how to contact the company if for some reason, there isn't a shuttle waiting for you. I've arrived various times, from 7 AM to midnight, and a shuttle is usually always there, or if there isn't and I have to call, one arrives in a few minutes. They charge $7 for every 24 hours. The place isn't the fanciest, but my car has always been safe there, it definitely gets the job done, and the price is very reasonable, especially for the location.
