Highly recommend Cabinet Tronix. We reached out to Cabinet Tronix for more information and connected with Trace.Trace was very patient and provided us with valuable knowledge to make an informed decision. We purchased the Grayed Espresso Outdoor TV Lift Cabinet with white aluminum top and could not be happier. The quality of the material and workmanship is outstanding. The Samsung Terrace 65" TV and Sonos's sound bar fit perfectly. The 360-degree manual swivel is a game changer. The TV and sound bar can be rotated to enable us to watch at the fire pit or down below in our hot tub. Also, I want to thank Denzel and his team for not only producing a high-quality product but providing excellent customer service to answer my questions. We really enjoy our TV cabinet and highly recommend them. Thank you!
We purchased a beautiful tv lift cabinet from Cabinet-tronix at least 15 years ago. It is such an attractive, quality piece of furniture that it was even featured in a scene from the hit movie,"Tag" (parts of which were filmed at our home). It has also worked perfectly for all these years- until this week when the lift stopped short of its full extension. I called Trace and Denzil at Cabinet-tronix for help. My interaction with them was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. They walked me through the troubleshooting and subsequent resetting of the lift. They even conferenced in the representative from Nexus (the company that makes the lift). Needless to say, our beautiful tv lift cabinet is fully functional again. I cannot say enough good things about this company, their product and their outstanding customer service.
Absolutely terrific experience and product from Cabinet Tronix. I could not be happier. Denzil and Trace were amazing to work with, and patiently answered all questions --- and provided a custom built solution that exceeded my expectations! Like a lot of folks, I've been doing a lot of renovations -- and started focusing on maximizing outdoor living in the backyard. Re-did the patio, added a fire pit, got the old deck re-done with a new composite deck, and for my personal Xmas gift to myself added a Pergola on the deck (hanso home pergola - also highly recommended) and this TV cabinet riser from Cabinet Tronix. When I started working out details last August, I'd hoped to get the contracting company doing my deck to add an outdoor TV area. While the deck turned out, additions with them were not in the cards. So I started looking at options. When I stumbled on outdoor TV riser cabinets, Cabinet Tronix was at the top of the list. What I liked about their solution is that the TV could be lowered in a quality piece of furniture (seriously, this thing will outlive me for sure), fit the TV and soundbar I wanted to add (Samsung Terrace 65" with the Terrace Soundbar), and be able to view from both the deck and patio since it swivels to be viewed from any area. That means on a chilly evening I can have the fire pit going on the patio and still watch the TV for movies or football :). I started the order with Cabinet Tronix in September, and received the unit in December -- and it was worth the wait. It allowed me to get the other items ordered and ready, and better plan for the layout. The TV cabinet is IPE wood, and solid (heavy!). I had to get help to get it moved outside and onto my deck. Then, just this week I got the TV and soundbar installed. Even though it was a cold day, I sat outside and enjoyed a college football game from the 'far end' of the deck and it was perfect. Then, later, turned the TV to face the patio and watched a movie. This adds so much more usability to my back yard and outdoor space. Definitely a splurge, but 100% worth it for the value it brings in making the outdoor space so much more usable for entertainment. I can't wait for spring and summer to spend most evenings outside. Denzil and Trace knocked it out of the park! If you are looking at reviews here, do yourself a favor and also check out Cabinet Tronix's YouTube videos showing off the TV cabinets. Totally worth it! Again, could not be happier with the end result and working with Denzil and Trace. What a great experience!
This is the second custom unit I have bought from Cabinet Tronix. Trace provided expert advice in the type of unit I should select, and the final piece with coordinated delivery by Denzil exceeded my expectations. It is beautiful and flawless. We are enjoying the whisper quiet mechanism and our new TV. The entire experience from order to delivery was professional and of the highest quality.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Cabinet Tronix when we decided to purchase an outdoor TV cabinet. We initially contacted Trace, the owner, when we made an initial inquiry through their website. Trace contacted me the next day, and we hit it right off. Turns out during that initial discussion we discovered that Trace actually grew up down the street from us in the Scripps Ranch neighborhood of San Diego, and he still lives here as well. Trace offered to come and checkout our outdoor space, worked with us on a recommended cabinet, and finalized the purchase while he was at our house. We decided to go with an outdoor cabinet with both the sound bar shelf and the swivel option, and are very happy that we did. Turnaround time from initial contact to having the cabinet in our backyard was extremely quick, less than 2 weeks, and that was over the Thanksgiving holidays. Trace arranged for delivery of the cabinet to our home and 'white glove' placement of the unit in our backyard. Trace's team made sure everything was working to our satisfaction, went over all of the operations, and made sure to answer every question we had. A few days afterwards, Trace's operations manager, Denzil, called me to check-in and make sure everything was still to our satisfaction, and if any issues or questions came up (none did!). We are extremely happy with our purchase of our outdoor cabinet from Cabinet Tronix. From initial contact, through the sales process, delivery, and implementation everything was extremely professional. The focus on customer service differentiates this company from others, and we would highly recommend them to others looking for a TV cabinet solution.
I absolutely love my cabinet. It's gorgeous. Exactly what I envisioned. The attention to detail is phenomenal as was the thoughtfulness in packaging. I love the feel of my living room from the energy the cabinet brings to it, and I love how it looks when my TV is nicely tucked away. Absolutely fabulous craftsmanship. Now I'm on a quest to find the perfect piece of artwork to place on top! And I can't wait to complete decorating my living room of my new house, so everything flows perfectly! Bonus... working with Trace and Denzil was amazing. I knew what to expect and there were no surprises. What was promised is what was done, and I felt like a valued and respected customer.
This is our first purchase with Cabinet Tronix. From start to finish it was a seamless and expertly handled. Plenty of online photos and continuous open lines of communication between us and the team. We love the end product! They are a thoughtful group who made sure all of our needs were addressed prior to placing the order and continue to follow up with us after delivery and install. Despite being three time zones away Denzil is always available and helpful. I recommend this company to the fullest for their customer service and fantastic workmanship.
This was the perfect solution for our backyard TV. We love the look of the cabinet and the workmanship is top notch. The lift function is so cool and we got a version that can rotate so that we can watch from multiple spots in the yard. Denzil is fantastic to work with, so professional and patient, answering all of our questions.
We are in love with the Octavious cabinet. It is stunning and truly a work of art. The entire process was handled very professionally, with superb customer service. We highly recommend this product and company.
Our Tenants absolutely love the new amenity. I am very pleased with the Metal T-Top IPE Outdoor Hidden TV Lift Cabinet. The wood finish matched exactly to our current wood finishes. Denzil and Trace were both great to work with and delivered the TV ahead of schedule to meet my needs. We have used the TV for sporting games, tenant events and even presentations. I highly recommend Cabinet Tronix.
I love when a company treats prospective customers like valued buyers from the very first call. I never made it aware of who I am and still was treated like a somebody. That's rare to find businesses treating customers whether they have a dollar to their name or a billion the exact same. The experience was flawless from start to finish.
Outstanding investment! We had recently finished a massive outdoor living project which includes multi-leveled patio, terrace and deck area, as well as a pool, hot tub, fire pit and outdoor kitchen. The only thing missing was the television! It was critical that we find something high end enough that would flow seamlessly with our aesthetic and Cabinet Tronix delivered. I cannot speak highly enough about all aspects of this company. The craftsmanship of their product is absolutely stellar- it is 100% evident that this product will hold up through thick and thin and for years to come. Having multiple finishes to choose from, it would be nearly impossible to not find something to suit your needs and fit your space. The 10 year warranty on the lift system is another tremendous asset to their product. Lastly, the customer service has been above and beyond. Personal, friendly and above all thoroughly helpful from our initial contact seeking advice on our project to final logistics of crating and shipping. Denzil and Trace are the dynamic duo! Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

We absolutely love our Cabinet Tronix TV! I researched several companies before I landed on Cabinet Tronix. Other companies quoted me 16 weeks and Cabinet Tronix hand delivered the TV 10 days after I ordered it. It was perfect timing for the World Cup. The team at Cabinet Tronix is top notch and I would highly recommend their product. My family loves this addition to our patio! read more

An Excellent Choice for a Custom Lift Cabinet Having recently moved into a Brooklyn high-rise, I was in need of a TV lift cabinet that would accommodate my 65" Sony television while also matching the black furniture in my living room. I found Cabinet Tronix through an online search, and after discussing my project specifications with the owner of the company, I decided to make the investment. I could not be more pleased with the cabinet I received. The process of creating a custom piece was easy. I chose the oval Atlantis model from their website, and decided on a custom black satin finish. The specs of the cabinet and what would be included were presented on an easy to understand invoice, and after my deposit was made, Cabinet Tronix began work on my cabinet. (They were very accommodating to the specific A/V cable and cutout requests I had) Throughout the process, their Head of Operations, Denzil, was in communication with me whenever I had any questions. A preview video of my piece was sent to me for final approval before my balance was due and shipping was arranged. The white glove shipping firm Cabinet Tronix utilized was professional and delivered my cabinet on time. And when I had a minor service question, Cabinet Tronix and the lift mechanism company they work with easily answered all of my questions. The finished product looks fantastic next to my grand piano. IF you are going to invest money in a custom lift cabinet, I would highly recommend the team at Cabinet Tronix! read more

Hand crafted exquisitely from the highest quality solid Brazilian Ipe hardwood and 360-degree castor swivel wheels, this designer piece offers an exceptional entertainment option on our terrace - whether watching a tennis match during a barbeque or a great movie under the stars. Customer service was excellent, and the purchase is protected by a 10-year mechanical warranty. I highly recommend this superb product! read more

High End Product with 5 Star Customer Service!!! I highly recommend this product! After researching tv lift cabinets I decided to go with Cabinet Tronix although a little hesitant about the price! They did not disappoint and exceeded my expectations! This cabinet is worth every penny! It's great quality , craftsmanship, sturdy and mobile with casters. I contacted the company and spoke with Trace who was very helpful, answered all my questions and walked me thru the entire process from purchase to delivery. After I purchased my cabinet Denzil contacted me regarding custom specifics i.e wiring , cables, etc which is all located inside the cabinet . Denzil provided with the time frame for the cabinet to be crated ( 2-5 days) and shipping ( 5 days). Once the cabinet was shipped I was provided with shipping updates once sometimes twice a day. When the cabinet arrived in my state I was contacted by the local delivery company to set up delivery to my home. The cabinet was delivered on the agreed upon on date in the crate as promised. The cabinet is beautiful and a great addition to my patio / back yard. I simply love it!!! read more

I had an idea in mind for a lift-cabinet so that I could install art on my one non-window wall, rather than an ugly TV. I took a photo of the design I wanted to Trace and he duplicated it exactly in gorgeous walnut. Better than I hoped for upon execution, and the lift is strong and silent. I could not be happier! read more
