They were amazing to work with. Helped in any custom adjustments that we were wanting in the pre designed cabinets. Shipping was timely and the price saved us a lot of money from the custom cabinets we were originally going to purchase. Very pleased with the quality of the cabinets and the customer service when we needed a couple of additional pieces. I will definitely use them again when I spec out another designer home. read more

So helpful and honest! They saved us time and money by cutting our existing cabinet doors to make them glass front, instead of having us order new doors. They did an excellent job in a short time and saved us a ton of money. Don't go anywhere else, you found the right place here. read more

When I called to get an appt to get a quote, I was asked if I wanted it to be cost efficient, of course I said yes and they said they were not the business for me. They said they are a higher end company. Sooo that's cool. Way to loose my service before it even started. What's the big deal if I want to keep my granite, maybe I would change my mind. But you never even gave me that option. Great work. read more

Cabinet Factories Outlet - 5/5 I was pleasantly surprised by this place and had a wonderful experience buying my cabinets. Jeff was friendly, responsive, and clearly a dedicated owner of a local business. With our order placed, we're looking forward to a smooth installation experience. Had a conversation about hating red. Was told that the color would match the sample. Not only is the color exactly what I don't want, but the grain is something that I never imagined would happen. Since receiving this zebra-like patterned vanity, I have looked at many expensive and cheap cabinets to compare grain. I have yet to find one as awful as this thing. Now I have to paint my vanity that we spent more than $4,000.00 on because no exchanges or returns. Learn from me and be aware of all the possibilities before something horrific shows up at your home. My heart sank when I opened this delivery that I was so excited to get. read more

They have an attic where you can pick up odds and ends. I got a nice cabinet that I used for a sink cabinet in the Butler's pantry, and an upper cabinet that I removed the face from to Seal, the attic off from the upstairs master bedroom. If I could give Jeff and Cabinet Factory Outlet a ten out of five I would. We used him about 8 years ago for a boatload of cabinets for our kitchen and laundry remodel. Great product options facilitated by his having two huge walls of cabinet door options, one side door styles, other side colts. Now again on two bathroom remodels. Could have been three but in a nod to his ethic of putting the customer before his own interests, his not uncommon phrase: "I'd love to see you a vanity cabinet but in this small bathroom you really should put in a pedestal sink" and "I'd really love to sell you a cabinet insert into that narrow dead space behind the bath tub enclosure wet wall, but I'd suggest build out a cubby and put in glass shelves". These two quotes perfectly represent Jeff. read more

After a few days of shopping around at Lowe's, Home Depot, and a few other local stores, I stopped by Cabinet Factories for a quote. Karen and the rest of the staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, and upfront about timelines and cost. Long story short, I ended up getting the best price from Cabinet Factories out of everywhere I shopped. The cabinets came early and were installed within about four hours. My kitchen remodel is next on my list and I'll definitely be using their services again! And yes, I know my mirrors are missing from the frames in the photo. They are on the way from another vendor... read more

From start to finish, Leslie our designer helped us with our kitchen counter tops. Leslie offered advise and took the time to give suggestions about our kitchen. In the end, a perfect kitchen. The counter tops were installed without a hitch and even added a window ledge cover that wasn't talked about before the design. We could not be happier with the customer service and all of our experiences. Thank you Leslie!!!! read more

I came to Cabinet Factories Outlet for cabinets for my mud room. I had an idea of what I wanted and Jeff brought it to life on his computer, in less than 20 minutes. Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable and matched the cabinets I already had installed in my kitchen, almost exactly. Karen is also a pleasure to work with! My cabinets came in a timely manner, even sooner than what they had estimated, which was great! The installer Leo that came was professional, personable, and ensured the area was clean before he left. Leo was also a great pleasure to work with! From start to finish, I had an amazing experience with everyone I encountered. I would highly recommend this business for anyone looking for quality work, with great customer service! read more

No apparent Covid precautions. Their website says due to Covid they only accept appointments. After making an appointment for a 3 room cabinet replacement we were disappointed to find no one had masks on or any other precautions were seen. Due to our low immunity we decided to leave even when our salesman said "Ohh, I can put a mask on if you'd like". I can only assume their construction crew has the same disregard for customer safety. read more

What can I say!!!!! Jeff and his whole team were nothing short of AMAZING! My kitchen cabinets were everything I had imagined! The installation was on time and done to perfection. What can I say about cabinet factories outlet? Nothing but positive things. The prices of the kitchen and bath cabinets beat any of the big named places every time. When I purchased my maple cabinets from Jeff, he took the time to explain the pros and cons of every different cabinet they offered. Cabinet factories outlet brings the family aspect back into downtown redlands. Say hi to the pretty dog when you visit them. read more

One of the worst run places I have been to since I started looking at cabinets and countertop. Jordan was the associate whom told me on the phone they are better priced than most. When I asked what the labor charge would be on an install, he said they do not separate the cost, which is an automatic flag to me. Then I go in and Jordan helps me. He knows almost nothing about what I asked, all of which were regarding product in the store. As much as I hate making large purchases at Home Depot and such, they had MUCH better service and prices. On a side note, Randa was a great help 2 months ago the first time I went in, but that doesn't change to exorbitant labor costs. read more

10 stars to Cabinet Factories Outlet!! Jeff and Randa were absolutly fantastic. I had been shopping for a new kitchen for a few weeks and met with some good companies, but I wasn't excited to do business with any of them. That all changed once I came here. From the minute I walked into CFO I was greeted and shown everything they have to offer. The amount of questions I had was a little over the top. The first day I came in was a Saturday. Walked in at opening and stayed for 5 hours designing a complete kitchen. Jeff was super helpful, answering all my questions and even giving me other things to look at and consider that I never thought of. You can tell he enjoys what he does and is very knowledgeable. His skills on the computer program were great. He knew how to manipulate and use every inch of available space to maximize countertop and storage. We came back in a couple times to redesign after we decided to move the kitchen location, Jeff was very patient with all our changes. Once we got it down, the order was placed. From then on it was smooth sailing. Their cabinet installation crew was excellent. I even used the granite fabricator they recommended. Everything turned out great. The best part was the level of communication. If i had a question, they were always answering the phone, getting back with me, and keeping me updated without having to call and ask. Utmost professionalism, the kind you would expect, but never seem to get with others. Pictures to come once flooring is in. read more

I was Very, Very happy with Cabinet Factories outlets work. I got estimates from three companies, and I was actually quite happy with 1 other company but Jeff and Renee was very knowledgeable of not only there products but there vision & design as well! Jeff was the sales representative who came by my place to examine the kitchen and take measurements, and he was absolutely wonderful. He created an incredibly detailed presentation (shared over Web during a follow-up phone conversation), and it was exceptionally detailed and very well done. His Installation crew came to my house in mid-August to manage the installation, and they were great--just great. They were efficient, friendly, and everything came out beautifully. I would also like to add the installation team was clean cut and also executed the project without missing a beat (And we are extremely picky) The end result is gorgeous--so beautiful, in fact, that I can't believe I waited this many years old to get custom cabinets installed. Overall star count is really a 10+ (But there is only 5 stars to choose from :) There are already others within our complex where I live who are asking where we got our kitchen done, and I can do nothing more then to highly recommend Cabinets Factory's outlets for anyone's next project! We very happy with the way everything turned out. Great job team read more

I ordered a kitchen faucet from another store and could never get a specific date of when it would arrive. After a few frustrating phone calls I cancelled the order. I decided to try Cabinet Factories Outlet. When I arrived I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile from Caren. I was very specific about the type of faucets I was looking. Caren listened carefully and began her search. She found a faucet that was very similar to the one I originally ordered and it was half the price! After receiving some very questionable customer service from other businesses Caren was truly a breath of fresh air. When I begin to officially remodel my kitchen I will be back because of Caren. Thank you! read more

I set an appointment over the phone to go in and get some quotes for my kitchen. When I arrived I had to wait for someone to greet me. Didn't even get a hello. We recently worked with Caren and Jessie of Cabinets Factories Outlet. They were outstanding in responsiveness and creativity. Okay. Let's start with the good. This is a nice location on state street. It's bigger than it looks, so there is more stock than you would think. There is a fair bit of options to choose from. The pricing is... okay. There were many deals on the floor that were quite nice for that one floor model or piece. Customer service was awful. I walked in, was not greeted at all. There were two sales people; one was with customers, one was shopping for jackets online. He made eye contact, continued shopping without a word. I fumbled around for a half an hour without any offer of help. While I appreciate not be followed about the store, an offer of answers to potential questions would have been welcomed. Finally, another employee came on shift and she asked if I needed help. The man on his computer finally figured out I might actually need to purchase something and he was willing to pull himself away from him shopping if I could just give him a few more seconds. I was not given names of the people who helped me or a card, which was disappointing and unprofessional. I was given the estimate for the items I needed on post it's. The delivery fees were shameful. They were going to run about half of what each piece was going to cost. The ladies in the store were very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. It's s shame that it seems things are not very well run. read more

He helped look at different configurations that would give us the most space/options in the cabinets. Tear out of the old cabinets was a neat and clean and timely job. After 33 years of home ownership we decided to remodel a kitchen. We could not have picked a better place! Everyone we worked with-Jeff, Randa, Karen, Rene-was helpful, courteous and willing to give all the time we needed. Having never done this before, we had no knowledge base and wanted to be led by the hand through the process. Jeff was the one of three we contacted who was willing to do this. He had great ideas that we had never considered, awesome choices of materials and was always available for consultation. We changed cabinets, counter top, sink, faucet and lighting in the kitchen. We added a back splash and even added cabinets in the family room. We could not be happier! Do yourself a favor and include Cabinet Factories Outlet in your research. I have an older house and a tiny kitchen. Jeff at Cabinet Factories Outlet helped me with the space plan, showed me countless cabinets that fit my tastes, and created an incredible space. Great selection, WAY more service than the box stores, and very friendly. Highly recommend! read more

Where shall I start. I went in to buy two cabinets. One for the master bathroom and one for the hallway bathroom. I didn't have an installer so I asked Jeff the manager to refer me to his installer. The installer Leo sends one of his guys and the guy put a huge hole in my hallway cabinet. Then Leo comes back but never fixes the hole. He comes to install the master bathroom cabinet and he installs the cabinets wrong. This is after I tell him I can call cabinet factory outlet and get a copy of the design. He lies and states he has a copy. Jeff comes out and looks at the cabinets and states he spoke with Leo and Leo doesn't know why he installed the cabinets wrong. I received a full refund from Leo as I deserved. Jeff then refers me to a guy named Kelly. Kelly comes in and in a hurry moves the cabinets around the way the are suppose to be and put a scratch on the cabinet in the process. Also, he just moved the cabinets around and didn't even level them. I found this out when my counter top guy came to install my counter top. I called Jeff and he ordered a new side panel. Then Kelly's assistant comes out to install the side panel (which by the way is not the same as the original side panel it's just a cheap flexible board) the assistance said he can't put the toe kit on the way it was originally put on. He calls Kelly and Kelly had the nerve to say he was doing me a favor after he damaged my cabinets. I called Jeff and they ordered another Toe Kit. After weeks of back and forth and feeling ignored I finally had to put my foot down and tell Jeff Kelly needs to take reaponsibilty and finish this work. Only then did I get a response and Kelly came out. Kelly came out and did a mediocre job on installing the kit. He randomly nailed the toe kit in places. As he was leaving he just took his stuff and didn't say bye or I'm done. I opened the front door and asked him if he was finished as he was gathering his stuff in the front yard. He replies yes and that's it. What a horrible experience. Jeff was providing excellent customer service up until Kelly got involved. Also, to add when I called Jeff about the cabinets not being leveled and wanting some sort of compensation Jeff states "Well Kelly billed me for the install so I don't know what type of compensation you want." Well something off the cabinets for all the hassle would've been nice. All of this occurred because of incompetent installers that were sent to my home after I spent a good amount of money on two cabinets. Jeff was knowledgeable and was helpful until Kelly got involved then I feel he was not trying to acknowledge the issue or resolve it. Jeff also referred to me a counter top guy that was also a horror. If you go with this company please make sure you find your own installers. Also, Jeff said he could order some type of skin for the hallway bathroom for the huge hole and then I never heard anything about it. Highly disappointment with the whole experience. read more

Jeff and Renee were very helpful in assisting us with our total kitchen remodel. HIGHLY recommended for anyone looking to remodel their kitchen. I did major research on kitchen cabinets since it's the most expensive remodel you will ever encounter. We checked Lowe's, Home Depot, and even online for various cabinet makers. Jeff was able to match or beat them all by a long shot. Jeff was able to help us stay within our budget since we're planning to sell the home in the near future. Today was the last day after about 8 weeks from demo and we couldn't be happier. For years we would walk by and look in the windows of cabinet factories outlet and think we could never afford anything in there. One day we said what the heck let's go in and see what they have to say. From our first sit down with Nicole till today when we stopped in to say it was all done, was the best experience we could have hoped for. Nicole was so much help in designing our new kitchen to helping us pick the right contractor. Jeff the owner had great input also and was the guy that came out to get the final measurements for the new cabinets so that there were no screw ups. Ken Fry was one of the contractors Nicole suggested and called me back very quickly. After that first phone conversation, I had a good feeling about Ken. Within a couple of days Ken came to our house to meet for the first time and give us an estimate. Cabinet factories outlet is the right people for your remodel and Ken and his entire crew Jim, George and Mondo are the definitely the right guys to get the job done. They were there promptly at 0730 till about 1600 virtually every day with Ken dancing in and out almost every day to make sure things are running smoothly and bring in supplies. read more
