Nice small bar tucked away in Mukilteo. Its sunny so they were very busy, indoors and outdoors. Great view regardless and the breeze felt good. We had the pick your own red and white wine flights, along with the flatbread and olives. Overall a good experience for us, however there were a few I can hear were a little impatient due to the flow of service. My only concern is the wine wall, with great windows and light coming in I hope it does not affect the quality of their bottles. Worst service ever waited forever for a very rude waitress to clear a table for us and she had a snotty attitude

Honestly I don't understand what the commotion about for this place is. Yes it has a gorgeous view for outdoor dining, but is it even worth it if you're getting bad customer service? Honestly came by this place because it has good reviews and looked gorgeous on the inside. Someone greeted us at the door and sat us. Within two minutes of being there the waitress comes back again and asks if we're ready to order. We didn't even have a chance to even look at the menu. Then they forget about us for a good 20 minutes until they finally took our order. I felt really unwelcomed and uncomfortable the whole time. The waitresses made me feel like they're really not going to help us at all. We had ordered nachos with chicken on our appetizer and our nachos came out with no chicken. No one came by to check on us or asked if we wanted anything to drink. I would try to look around for a waiter to help us to mention to them that there's no chicken (because it's an extra charge for chicken) and no one wanted to give us the time of day. Finally they bring the food and rush to put it to our table and didn't give us even a chance for us to mention to them what we'd like to drink before the waitress ran away. Honestly I must say the food was not all that at all. Panera makes a way better flatbread, but nothing reels me into a place again more than customer service. I wouldn't say it's the worst customer service in my life, but let me tell you that it's THAT bad if I'm writing a review this long about it. For such a "prestige" place it makes itself to be, I expect them to treat their customers better. read more

Great location with a fantastic view over Puget Sound toward Whidbey Island. Nice ambience inside with large window doors which open to a great patio space in good weather. Wine is available on tap and by the bottle. I had a couple of glasses of an excellent Temperanillo with a delicious bacon gorgonzola flat bread. C&I also have a great selection of beers. Service was first class. Highly recommend you check it out in old Town Mukilteo above the ferry terminal. read more

Really like the inside and outside seating availability. The food needs help. Ordered a soft pretzel, and a margarita pizza. They almost burned the soft pretzel, almost. It was close. Still served it to us. The 2 different mustards provided is a nice touch. The pretzel could use a little more salt on it. The margarita pizza was 'okay'. Needs more garlic. Needs a little salt. Don't cook the tomato's so much. Either thin slice them and put them on after the cheese pizza is cooked, or pull the cheese pizza out just before it is done, put the tomato slices on it, and cook it another minute or two before serving. Otherwise, you will serve what you served us - which is a very overcooked stringy tomato on a plain cheese pizza. read more

At first she agreed and then totally ignored our response. She continued to pass us numerous times and we asked again and she acknowledged and never returned. Each time she passed us she continued to avoid eye contact and we asked one last time. By this time our food was cold and had been sitting for over 10 minutes. She acted annoyed and stated she was going to ask our server. Why even agree if you were not our server in the first place??? She then continued to serve other tables that didn't belong to her. I was really excited to check out this new neighborhood spot for a light bite and drinks. We were sorely disappointed with the service. Although the waitress was pleasant, the service was slow and annoying. Noticed the staff standing behind the bar (sometimes 4 at a time) just smiling and chatting it up. Took us 15 mins just to get noticed. We weren't brought water until after our food. My drink was meh. The food was okay and I wasn't expecting 5 star. Just reasonable service and decent food for the evening. If I can't get good service I will not recommend or return. I may try in the spring when the deck opens up but seriously.. I can not recommend this place. So disappointed. I'm giving it 2 stars because the food was ok and I love the location read more

As this place just opened Jan 1st we just tried this place for the first time today. Open every day! Great selection of beer (obvi if you especially like IPAs) and wine. They also have quite a few things to choose from for food! This place is much needed in old town! Great view. Awesome ambiance - brick in the bar area, wine wall (speaking my language) and spirits available! Not much more you can ask for. The bartender, B, was straight up awesome - knowledgeable, funny, sweet and personable. We enjoyed our first experience and encourage you to try this place! Recommendations on food - deviled eggs (classic), meat and cheese board (could've used more meat but otherwise great), bacon & fig flatbread and pretzel with sausage (light on meat again FYI but delicious). Really disappointed in this place. I've driven by a thousand times, always telling my husband, "I want to try that place!" I love Cabernet and IPAs so it seemed like my kinda place! Plus their patio seating looked so inviting. Finally tonight we were in the area and it was a beautiful afternoon, so we decided to try it out for an early dinner with our kiddo. Upon arrival, the hostess told us the wait would be about 30 min. No problem, put our name on the list. They called us over about 15 minutes later, much to our delight! Well, they sat us at the only table with no umbrella, in the middle of the cement slab near the hostess stand. It was an 80+ degree day, so it was pretty damn hot with not even a hint of shade. I didn't want to be "that customer" who was high maintenance, but we were all miserable so I asked very politely when we sat down If they happen to have any more umbrellas. The rude waitress said "No, they're on order. Once we get them in, this table will be a lot more comfortable." Hm. Not helpful. I tried again: "Could we possibly move to another table if one comes available?" Her reply: "No. We have a waitlist so wherever we seat you is where you have to sit." Hm. Ok then. We were SOL. At that point we ordered a glass of wine and then just got the bill and left and got dinner at Ivars. She was so rude and unapologetic I didn't want to spend any more money there than we already had. Awesome place! I came in on an off night had a rather interesting experience. I was a bit unsure about going back. However, tonight the server who was working was friendly, informative, and kind. Next time I will have to try some food. Just stopped in for a quick drink after work. I can't wait for the patio to open up. I am even more excited as the staff member told me that they are kid-friendly and pet-friendly when on the patio. This summer is going to be great! Three starts at most. We had heard their poor reputation when it comes to service from our friends and ,well, it was true. It was a gorgeous day and the view is irresistible; But that's not all. We went in the evening and asked for an outside table. Although the maximum time for guests to stay at their table is 90 minutes, the hostess told us she could not tell us even approximately how long the wait was. We then requested to sit at the bar and order some drinks while waiting for our table (the bar had ONE customer and was otherwise empty). But she told us " it's too busy and it'll be difficult for staff to change tables!!". Even though we explained that we were not going to order ANY food at the bar and were going to simply drink there, close the tab and sit our table when one becomes available (anyone could just come in at drink at the bar!) , she repeated exactly the same sentence over and over with an attitude that's hard to describe with words. We got our names down and went to wait across the street then realized she didn't even ask for a contact to let us know when the table was ready. Went back and asked if they needed a phone number and she blamed us for "leaving too quickly before she could ask for a phone number!!!!" Which was absolutely not true! We simply walked out after she took our name and while it was no big deal, she forgot to ask for any contact information. We certainly felt disrespected but still waited and were finally seated outdoor. Ordered beers which were fine but the baked brie with berries was "meh" and basically tasteless so finally gave up and left. No, won't go back and don't recommend it. read more

Lovely space with a gorgeous view. The food was fresh but undewheming. We ordered two different steak dishes (among other items) and were told that they could only be cooked to "medium" temperature when we would have preferred medium rare. They both came out medium-well and were thus overdone and dry. Also, I don't recommned this place if you have not yet been fully innoculated for Covid19. The waitstaff were not wearing masks. We were a party of three, one fully inoculated, another with one week to go after his second shot, and myself who had just received my second vaccine dose an hour before we sat down to lunch.
