Cabbie's Cab is a great cab service. We live in Cambridge, and cabs are notoriously unreliable (ahem, Ambassador, ahem). Actually getting one to show up can be a challenge, and even though Boston cabs now have to accept credit cards, Cambridge cabs have yet to adopt the customer-centric model. Cabbie's is totally different. He's just started up his business and is incredibly accommodating. To start, he will accept credit cards even though he technically doesn't have to, AND he's offering great airport rates for any repeat customers or people that refer new customers to him. Basically, the more you use him or direct business to him, he'll drop your airport rates. This guy just "gets it." He's working to get new customers and his business practices reflect that. You'll never get into an argument with him if you only have a $20 and he all of a sudden doesn't have change. The service is incredibly reliable, payment methods couldn't be easier, and he's a great guy, to boot (he sent us his lamb vindaloo recipe after learning we like to cook Indian food at home). If you're planning on taking a cab, call this guy and help him grow a good business! read more

I had one experience where the cab showed up on time but then recently I called at 6am and they said they would "try" to send a cab. Like, dude... find out whether you can send one or not and let me know. Unfortunately I don't know of any better cab company around here and some of them are worse. read more

We used Cabbie's cab today from the Hyatt in Cambridge to the airport. Compared to the other cabs that we used all week, he is the best...hands down!!!! He is just getting started and has a brand new car with his rates a good 20% cheaper than those others around town. Also, he is a real nice guy who makes good conversation... compared to the others we had all week who never said a word. I recommend him highly and will call on him again when we come back to Boston later this summer. Give him a try and you will see. read more

Excellent. To make up for the mishap last time, he offered a ride when I needed one last minute to downtown. He went out of his way as I didn't realize his change in services to now strictly being rides to and from the airport. He was on time (5 min early, actually) and wouldn't accept a charge for the ride, nor a tip. The car was impeccably clean and a very pleasant drive (unlike the typical cab experiences). The only thing you need to be aware of is that he needs advance notice (I think he said 15 days?) of the needed ride. I'll definitely call again. So long as I know in advance when I'll need a cabbie, he's the guy for the job. read more

The cabbie we got for pickup and drop off from the airport fortunately knew how to drive the car but would gripe at us to text him on our return flight then told us not to text us so we were confused. Then on our return, our plane was delayed due to a nor'easter and the same driver complained about how long he was waiting for us and how he lost money because he missed his next customer - as if we could have emailed God to ask to stop the storm. If I hadn't already paid in advance, we would have found another taxi. read more

My family needed to go to the airport veeeeery early one morning and I found Cabbie's Cab online. I called, made the reservation and crossed my fingers. I was so pleasantly surprised. He arrived right on time, in an immaculate minivan, big enough for all of our things and kids. He was very pleasant and friendly. His system of reservations is very effective (phone, online, or text). We have booked him for our subsequent trips and he has always been right on time, even for 3:00am pickups! Super dependable. We'll be using his car service from now on. By the way, he picks you up in a sparkly new car, not a cab, for the same price as a cab. I highly recommend his service. read more

Cabbie's Cab is the best, most reliable, safe, and clean car service I have every used. I have used them over 10 times for every airport trip in the past 1.5 years and am always impressed. Their fare can't be beat and there are no hidden fees and they email you a receipt. Booking is super easy via cell/text or email with confirmations. They are always early and will call when they arrive but will wait patiently until you are ready - I don't understand why other people reviewing have complained about the fact that they arrive early, its great customer service, you never have to wait, and they will do really really early pick-ups too. I won't use any other service. The drivers are also very interesting and great to talk to, making for a consistently pleasant and hassle-free ride to the airport. read more

Just wanted to update my review. I have used Cabbie's Cab regularly for about four years for all trips to Logan. In all those years they have never been late or stood me up. I'm usually traveling to the West Coast for work and they have accomodated every ridiculously early departure I've requested. They do usually arrive at least 15 min. early, but I've never been pushed to leave early, in fact often the owner calls me to let me know they are early, but not to feel rushed. The fee is in a similar range to what you will pay in a cab from Cambridge - many of which do flat fee - and the service is 100 times better. To me it is completely worth any additional cost. Hands down the best option in terms of cabs, car services, Uber etc. in terms of reliability and service. read more

I've used the Cabbie's Cab service twice for a ride to Logan airport. Both times, Rajan has appeared 20-30 minutes early, so I got to the airport with time to spare. The car is well-kept, the drive smooth, and the service cordial--can't ask for much more. It's also helpful that the entire process can be conducted and documented electronically (though email and text), from the initial booking to the confirmation to the receipt of payment; Rajan is easily the most high-tech cabbie I've hired. Cabbie's Cab is a car service provider, not a taxi company. However, their rates are comparable to what a taxi charges. I used Cabbie's Cab regularly for travel to/from Logan airport. The drivers are extremely courteous, punctual and professional. All of the vehicles are new Honda models that are very clean. When my family of 4 traveled (2 kids) Cabbie's Cab offered a Honda Odyssey which had a ton of space for luggage and car seats (note: there is a slightly higher charge for this vehicle than the others). Cabbie's Cab was a lifesaver after Cambridge Cab Co. flaked out on a pre-scheduled, early morning ride to the airport last month. We called Cabbie's Cab at 4:50 am, and a taxi showed up in less than five minutes. Everything was handled by the driver's iPhone, so it's very efficient, and leaves an electronic paper trail. $35 flat rate to the airport was very reasonable, and we got there very quickly. Reliable & Great service. I travel for work all the time, and have to fly out every Monday morning. Saw the reviews so decided to give Cabbie's Cab a try. Like the other reviewers said, it is a reliable service, car is clean, they text messaged me with a confirmation after I requested a pickup online. He got here 15 mins early and called/texted me. I paid by credit card after i got in the car and I had a receipt emailed to me right away while we were on our way to the airport. Makes it easy to forward it right to my company's expense department! I've been booking them ever since! read more
