used this company for our wedding this past July. I did research other ones but this company seemed…read moreto be the most popular and other people I knew loved them from past events. they also were the most reasonable in price. I could tell when other companies were about to rip me off so I knew I was making a good decision. We were able to check out what they had to offer and had to go to their Leroy location to check out their fleet. we were able to be offered their newest bus which was super nice and I felt lucky. they all different sizes but I felt comfortable with the bus that could fit up to 22 people even though I had a party size of 11. I wanted to spread out and be able to stand up, especially in a dress! the driver we had was great, the only mistake was when he went to the wrong address to pick me up. the guys were fine when they were picked up, (and you'd think Id give a bad review because this is a thing that would really piss people off), however it worked out in my favor. I was running behind anyway getting ready and the timing of when we got to the church turned out to be perfect. I believe we were only 10 minutes late. the mess up happened when the driver typed in his gps it came up as a rd. instead of a dr. so he went to a different town and he caught his mistake. he apologized profusely and was great the rest of the day. the limo bus was clean, temperature was perfect and hook up for music worked (I know this can be problem for some) and they provided plenty of ice and cups.

‼ S&S Limosine company ‼…read more If you're planning a bachelorette or a wedding with shuttles I would recommend checking into other companies. Last Saturday we had a local bachelorette. The driver had another event and was going to be a bit late which we were very understanding of. When she arrived she was quite frazzled, but nice. We went to dinner at Goodluck and then hit Fairport bars for a little. On our way back to Chili the train gate was down. She waited a little, checked both ways, and then started to maneuver around the gates over the tracks. The brides sister immediately screamed to stop as we could literally see the incoming trains lights. Everyone started to panic as we were past the gate at this point. Very slowly the drive eventually backed up and then went back behind the gates. She did not share in any of our concern. We had 11 girls on board and one was pregnant and understandably very shaken up. When we got off of the limo the driver shook it off and laughed about us all feeling unsafe and concerned. The brides sister called the company to discuss this with them. They didn't take it very seriously. They took the driver's side over the concern of 11 customers and "reviewed" the tapes and felt it was not as serious of a situation. They offered no remedy, no concern.. nothing. Just figured I would offer the background of a recent event for when moving forward with a limo company to consider that safety may not always be a top priority.

Bus - Was Super Nice and Super Clean Driver - Hugh was the Best , from his knowledge of the city , from his hospitality and willingness to lend a hand ( Loading and Unloading ) I sat in the front seat and really enjoyed our conversation Hotel- Was Great super close to the city ( I accidentally misinformed everyone telling them breakfast was included because I looked on their website and it said Breakfast was included ) I took full responsibility for that, I didn't realize it didn't include group reservations. My Fault :) Drop-Off / Pick-Up - Only suggestion would be to have the DO/PO @ The Empire State Building - Seems to less congestion . It was Super Busy @ 1 Penn Plaza Driver - He was too good not to mention twice , just a super nice driver that seemed to really enjoy his job and spoke very highly of your company. It's always nice to be around someone like that Thank You Both for Working with our Group , We look forward to traveling with you again

We booked a van to bring ten of us to different wineries around the area. We had already chosen our wineries, but if you want them to help you choose they also can do that. From the second Tammy B arrived we knew it would be a great trip. She was so professional and even brought us a special wine grape necklace to pass around our trip. I had been planning and stressing all week and Tammy immediately told me to relax and that she would take over. Tammy adjusted wineries times when needed, managed to squeeze an extra, brought us to special photo spots and entertained us all day long while still giving us space to enjoy our time together as a group . She is truly a gem! At the end of the day, Tammy had created us all little tokens to remember our day by. We had a wonderful day and would book with FL limos again in a heart beat.

TERRIBLE customer service! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…read more Booked a trip months in advanced. Cancelled a mere hour later. Wouldn't give a refund of the $200 deposit, instead a in-house credit to use within a year. There goes 200 dollars down the drain all because they can't find it in their heart to give it back after an hour of booking an appointment months in advanced. Argued with Jen over this and she was terrible. Emailed the owner... got zero response. Contacted the better business bureau and they lied to them. I wouldn't give this business the time of day. Overpriced assholes.

I had so much fun on this tour!!…read more Dave was a very professional, experienced and knowledgeable tour guide! And kept us entertained for hours with his many stories hehe :D He was also a very responsible driver *thumbs up* and I really appreciate all the times that he helped us carry out the truck-load of wines that we all bought, much thanks! Great choices on the wineries/vineyards! Learned so much about the history of each place we visited, the behind-the-scenes, and a lot of fun facts about Niagara-on-the-lake! We visited 6 places in total... each had their own unique stories and very unique-tasting wines! Overall, a very memorable day :) 1. Diamond Estate Winery - One of the 2 wineries in Niagara that offer Cabernet Sauvignon Icewine #tasty! - Best known for: 20 Bees, Fresh, Dan Aykroyd Wine XD 2. Trius Winery at Hillibrand - Huge winery w/ a top notch in-house restaurant... amazing food/service/ambiance! - Best known for: Icewine :D but it can range from $85 - $200 o_o ** Lunch at Riverbend Inn & Vineyard ** - Included in our wine tour, a 3 course lunch, overlooking the beautiful vineyard :D - I had arugula salad, mushroom risotto, and warm caramelized bread pudding #yum! 3. Riverview Cellars Winery - Small family-owned winery... I can really feel the passion from the owner :) - Best known for: Fontana series! Welcome to the #FontanaFanClub 4. Konzelmann Estate Winery - German wine maker... wines tend to be sweeter :) - Best known for: Peach wine :D 5. Small Talk Vineyards - It used to be Stonechurch Winery but they are re-branding to Small Talk - Best know for: Small Talk series, Top Secret (white wine blend of blanc de noir) 6. Between The Line Family Estate Winery - Unfortunately, they don't sell any of their wines at LCBO... so, MUST VISIT :D - Best known for (according to me!): Cabernet Franc Icewine (it tasted like strawberries, and best paired w/ blue cheese!) I'm looking forward to do this again during winter/Christmas times... hopefully they will have icewine tours available!! #loveicewine #superexcited #alcoholicsunite #toomuchfun Until next time :)

Now I have been going up to Canada for wine tasting for close to 15 years but never did an actual tour, and after doing this one, I would say you should experience it as least once. Booking was seamless, as I called and they were able to look up the info on the gift certificate. We were told to meet them at their hub for pickup and we would go from there. When we got there they were very accomodating getting us registered and having some cheese and chocolate to start. We met up with our Tour Guide Kim and driver Rob. Both were excellent throughout the whole trip. We got teamed up with two Bridal shower parties and two other couples for 20 people on the tour altogether. Which really was enough people to have a good time as a group while still remaining intimate. We were taken to 3 wineries, Diamond Estates, Cattail Creek, and Konzelmann Estate Winery. They were basically a large, small and medium winery. The time we had at each place was really just about perfect. We had a private tasting with a host from the wineries filling us in on some background on the history of the wineries themselves, the growing region, or the specific wine we were tasting. Then we had some time to check out the shops and buy some wines (or taste a bit more if you're a lush like myself). They kept an eye on our bottles as we then headed off to the next place. The tour itself lasted from 1:30 to about 5:15pm and while I actually didn't know how long it was going to be until we got there, and I then thought wow thats a little long for three wineries, really the old saying hung true and time flew by as we had so much fun. So even as a seasoned wine taster I thought the tour was fantastic. Could be just as fun for someone new to the experince who wants to devle deeper into the world of wine.
