We were served a small green salad with a delicious sweet vinaigrette dressing and then had a buffet to choose our dinner from. There were so many choices! And a bit more inventive than typical buffet food. The ziti, meatballs, and sausage were all really good. They made roasted asparagus with diced pancetta that was excellent! And not something you often see with a catered buffet but was so good! I also LOVED the chicken French (with artichoke hearts and lemon) and this cucumber tomato and fresh mozzarella salad, another thing not often seen. Everything was very good, seasoned nicely, and so so so much better than typical buffet food. If I were to throw an event in Batavia, I would definitely hire the Dibble Family Center to provide the delicious food. We've shuttled back and forth to Batavia for decades for family events, since my mom is from there. This food stands out among all of the food we've eaten at celebrations. Delicious!
