I purchased an entire compressor kit from NAPA - the communication was horrible - i had to reach out every time. They informed me after i reached out that the parts were replaced but still not blowing cold and they wanted to get a second opinion from another mechanic which come to find out is a mechanic in the next town mind you i didn't give consent for my truck to be transported anywhere. Let alone driven by a mechanic i've never met. Took no accountability for the lack of professionalism & only response was "we were asked to put parts in not make sure they work" ..... 0/10 on any mechanical work. Oh yeah & now the truck is running hot & fluids empty upon picking up.

He is unprofessional and perpetuates the negative stereotype of crooked mechanics preying on young women.

I take pretty much all "guarantees" with a grain of salt. "Bring it back"...pffft why would I? You couldn't fix it the First time? More likely, I'll just be dumping more money in sonl you can "half fix it" a 2nd time. One mechanic even told my wife to "hit the dash when her A/C wasn't kicking on...AFTER they fixed it. GTFO... Really!? Cost wasn't exactly on the cheap side...maybe fair, but ONLY if they fix the problem. My impression is they had way more cars than they could handle and were trying to rush them outa there.
