Me and my parents where driving home back to San Antonio our car broke down and we took it to this repair shop when we got assistance for the vehicle a few hours a mechanic named Darnel ordered a new piece for our car that was broken but that piece came to be broken too so he told my dad that and still charged him apparently because he ordered the part and broke the car down and because of how much hours we were my dad was confused and so was I why did he get charged and if the mechanic just ordered a broken piece and because of the hours we were and I am still in middle school this guys is a disgusting person he started threatening my dad that he was going to call the cops and that we couldn't leave and he was acting like a 5 year old boy his buddies joined in and started to argue with my dad too the only person that was nice was a lady that apologized to us for the experience this is disgusting I am still in school and I was with my family! read more

Simple weld up job ran me 227. Truck sat on the floor for an hour and a half. Started out as 145, they ran the clock up so they could charge even more. When it finally got lifted up it took maybe 20 mins. Exhaust was then leaking afterwards read more

We were on a road trip from South Padre back to our hometown in Indiana, when our belt broke on our car. They took us in and had us out of there in 40 minutes tops. We experienced a problem with our Diesel pickup on the way from the Valley to San Antonio and were lucky enough to be close to Performance Plus when the breakdown happened. As a previous reviewer stated, they are good people. I don't think we could have been in better hands and, in hindsight, we may have benefited from the breakdown occurring in Three Rivers instead of at home. Josh did all work, which involved removing lots of parts to get access to the one needing replacement. The truck has run perfectly since. Price wasn't cheap but there was lots of work done and it was done well, so very fair. If Josh is doing your diesel repair, or any other repair, I would highly recommend this business. Great help from Oscar and Jarrett (manager) during the experience also. Can't say enough good about this place. read more

We are a family on a travel and still 2.5hrs. away home, imagine the stress you will have having a flat tire and already thinking what could be the options (Tire can be repaired or have to be replaced), did look around google and found this shop with a very positive feedback, not thinking twice, made a phone call, first of all is the phone customer service (Front Desk), she answered very welcoming and never give up when did explained what options we can have, so we did drive with a spare tire, and as expected we feel welcome, immediately paging their Tech out to do an assessment, Oscar was assigned to help us out, he proceeded and explained what could happen but said he will still try his best, and he did! Yes, our tire is closer due for replacement. Work been completed less than an hour. Amazingly, we are really surprised how reasonable the cost was. Performance Plus saved our vacation. We broke down, but they got our vehicle running the next day. The work seems to be well done, at a price that seemed fair. They worked with us to allow us to pay and pick up the vehicle after hours. They recommended a local business that did some other work.
