What disappoints me most is the lack of honesty. I wish they had simply said, "I don't know what the issue is, you should take it somewhere else," instead of playing the guessing game on my dime. To be fair, I've had good experiences here with oil changes, but based on this repair I would never recommend taking your vehicle here for electrical, stabilitrak, or cruise control issues. Labor expenses sounded pretty decent but I'm not sure if they were trying to over charge me because I'm a new customer???? Or if they do that to all costumers.... He has also refused to send proof of purchase that this was a "new tire". It was suggested I put the spare back on and drive back two hours for them to look at it.
