I don't mind the up selling thing, but the slow pace is maddening. They won't even enter your data in the computer until the last car is finished. It took 50 minutes to get out of there. My normal oil change guys have me out in 10 to 15 minutes. I was on the other side of town and thought I would try these guys. Bad mistake, don't go there if you can avoid it. When I complained about the service they quoted company rules and regulations, about half a dozen of them, and then acted surly. The price wasn't any special either. Lot's of better oil change places around.

I would definitely use them again.

I will not return to this location, nor will I recommend this location to anyone. I do not trust him and his team, I was told my rotors were resurfaced and brake pads replaced, after three days I had my car serviced in San Antonio at Acura for something else and asked them to check Leo's work because something wasn't right. Acura sent me videos and pictures of both rear warped rotors. I called Leo and he said "that's odd cause everything was new and I did the work myself." I proceeded to try Brake Check again, this time going to a location in Boerne, Texas and was told yes, they are warped and will need to be replaced. I have a warranty on my brakes and rotors and that's why I chose for them to repair and replace them, otherwise I would have had Acura do it. I should have never been sent home with the rotors in the condition that they were in, luckily nothing serious happened while I was on the road. Daniel and Keith at the Boerne location replaced everything and made sure I was confident and safe on the road back before leaving the shop. I will make sure their corporate office knows how great they were and I will return to the location in Boerne. I would rather drive over 2 hours for trusted service, than drive 10 minutes down the road.

After…read morewe got checked in we went to walk around Walmart, not even 2 minutes later I got a call saying they couldn't take the caps off my tires and my boyfriend had to go back and do it for them and then they couldn't get the lug nuts off so he had to do that for them as well. After the tires they started my oil change. The technician came out and told us that his co worker had used a little too much force and broke the oil filter housing and told us they would order the part and we asked for it to not be driven until the part was fixed. The part wouldn't come in until 2:30 PM! 30 minutes later I looked out the window to see them driving my car and taking it on a test drive. My fiancé who is a mechanic was the one who specifically asked them not to drive it because it could cause engine issues. We took the keys back once they parked my car and left to look for the part ourselves so my fiancé could fix it. While we were gone I got 3 phone calls asking if we were still paying for the tires. The first phone call I got hung up on by the manager mid sentence and then I called back and the manager gave me nothing but attitude. Received a call again 5 minutes later asking the same question. When we arrived back to Walmart we told them we wouldn't pay for the oil change due to the lack of care for my car and that the car was driven the manager proceeded to catch an attitude again and refused to give us the part THAT THEY BROKE if we didn't pay for the oil change. The manager Chris started huffing and slamming stuff down on the counter because we told him we wouldn't pay for the oil change. He had a very poor attitude through out the whole exchange and was not friendly in the slightest. He was very unprofessional throughout the entire thing. The part costs $30 and the oil change was $70. When we asked about working out a price for the tires since my boyfriend had to do it for them he told us " our policy is that the customers take off the lug nuts because we don't want to break them". That is not the policy and it was bs. he left during the checkout process and made another employee finish with us because he couldn't deal with it and gave attitude to the employee as well when he was asking a question about what to do and snapped at him in a very rude tone. I will be calling to corporate to make a complaint. We will NOT be returning here for car service again. We had to take my car off on a trailer because we didn't trust them to work on it anymore after breaking something that was not broken before. We didn't leave there until 12 pm, we were there for 4 and a half hours
