If you are elderly or handicap in any way this company is the worse! Not only do they not take care of you they are ripping you off. What kind of a lazy employee doesn't help an old lady of the car. Your much better of using city cab, Lyft or Uber Which all accommodate elderly or handicap. Do not trust they guys-they are know locally to be unethical. Not to mention their cara are dirty and dented, they too lazy and too busy sitting there being useless take some pride in your work. Cab Louie was my airport angel! He picked me up at the airport after there were no ubers or lyfts available. So it was a last minute request from me and he promised me he would be there and he kept his promise. He also started his work day early and took me back to the airport the next day. He is almost the only game in town, so he could over charge or have a bad attitude... because there's no other option. But he did neither. Needed a ride from Fieldbrook to Bayside last night (A Sunday!) at 11:45 PM. My friend looked for an Uber or a Lyft and they both had "no cars available." I went in July during the summer to help relocate my daughter at HSU there was only one Uber the first day there and none after(we stayed for 4 days). I found Cab Louie on google and they were great you can call them to arrange rides the rates are reasonable and the drivers were nice. My college daughter waited until 11:30 pm the night before her early morning flight to tell me she had no ride from the airport to campus. As a mom I freaked out. Thanks to yelp and Louie my daughter had a ride from the airport to her dorm. She booked after hours and I had to send her on the plane not knowing what was going to happen. During the last weekend of January, I had the worst traveling experience of my life. After spending 20 hours in airports just to get to Northern California, Cab Louie was there for me and took me to my hotel at 4:00 am, well after he usually stopped working. He was courteous and went out of his way to help me as he knew there was no other form of transportation available at that hour in such a small town.
