An appointment was set within a week of first contact. The samples were many and a lot of choice was offered. I had a Roman shade, faux wooden blind, and two shutters ordered. The initial contact with all of the samples is very enjoyable. Orders can take a while which is expected because the quality is so high. Communication was a bit unclear but only upon one occasion from the office staff. The actual first contact in the home and the installation are very well done.
