When I made the trip back I grabbed a stove from AO and took it with me. I have no idea how but when I went to install the stove three of the burners were missing. AO immediately.shipped the missing burners to the rental. When the tenant moved in they called and said the oven wasn't working. AO sent a guy right away to repair or replace it. As he was taking parts off the dryer to find out what the problem was, he told me to come over and put my fingers together and spit on them then touch the exposed wire to see if it was still working. I had to call another place to fix the dryer. His comments were unacceptable and unprofessional, besides harassing the customer, and thinking it was funny to suggest I shock myself for his entertainment. He's lucky I didn't call the police. Stay away from this place! Buddy's appliance has mature, respectful, and professional people who get the job done. It will be 5 weeks before I get my new ottoman but no worries, I can keep the one I initially purchased until my new one arrives. It's the little things like this that make a difference. When I asked the owner about why the communication from our sales rep was so inconsistent regarding the start date for our job, he didn't deny it - but he seemed genuinely annoyed that I would question them about their process, and acted like I was wasting his time. When he discovered their operations manager didn't inform me of the project start date per their usual process, he quickly dismissed it as an anomaly. The more specific my questions were, the more visibly irritated he became, then he just walked away. He didn't seem to care about making things right, he just wanted to move on. They will tell you one thing, deny it later, and push back at you to make it seem like the customer is the problem. Proceed with caution.

We were frazzled - trying to buy a place out of state, trying to get our son settled in college, terminally-ill mother, all. Our household was a wreck. They worked with us, around us, for us in ALL the ways it helped. Our lawn guy was slow responding - they had their guy do our yard. Our handyman was delayed; they arranged for theirs. It was important for us to know all we didn't to fix in advance - I didn't want to put a lemon on the market. They arranged for pre-inspection, repairs, painting, etc. We left a mess moving out, so they arranged for thorough cleaning, then repainting/repairs. We left stuff at the house (in a rush); JenniFred took care of packing and prepping it for us to transport. The staging was AMAZING! All of our neighbors were in awe. It's INCLUDED in the commission - not an extra perk many places charge. We had ideas, and they listened to us. But they also have a very experienced team and we so trusted their judgment. Naively we thought and planned to do a lot of the work ourselves. We did not anticipate the stress of coping with multiple fires (not the house sale). Placing this process in their more than capable hands was a RELIEF!!!! If we are ever in a position to relocate back to Aggieland, JenniFred and Zweiacker & Associates are the only folks we'll call to rep us.
