I thought going here would be good as I would get full service interior vacuum and wipe down. That was total waste of money. There was also already another customer waiting behind me for a car wash. I understand staffing issues happen, but the way this was handled was disappointing. Simply offering a refund doesn't really resolve the issue when I specifically came here for the gas-and-car-wash combo and don't have time to make another trip. Had I known the car wash wouldn't actually be available, I would have gone to my usual gas station instead. I know I clearly said pump #9. After I questioned it, she said she would refund $36 to my credit card and have me pay the full $68 again. The whole situation was handled poorly, and she didn't seem confident in how to correct the mistake. Now I'm left hoping my credit card is refunded properly.
