Services is good. Selection is pretty good,. Value of cigars is not so good anymore. You can go down the street pay less at the awesome Cigar Lounge with knowledgeable staff. This shop is great, and very helpful! They have very good prices too! The new owners took over this store last February 2018 and it was a complete change for the better. The old employees before the change were unhelpful and prices were super expensive! If you shopped here before the change in ownership please consider giving these guys another shot. Friendly and helpful. I needed a replacement part for a vaporizer. The manufacturer/brand did not offer/sell the part I needed separate from the vaporizer. C-Side called several of their other stores to see if any had the part. One did. C-Side drove out to get the part for me. They went out of their way to help me. I wanted to quit smoking so I bought an Aspire K3 E-cig at this store. The Staff was very helpful in selecting a product for me. I have quit smoking for over a month now. My problem is, The product no longer holds a charge. When I went back there on 3 different occasions, each time they told me I was charging it incorrectly which is false because I have read and re-read the instructions. When I first got it it held a charge over a day. Now, even after trying every thing these guys at the store suggested, It will go dead sometimes in as little as three or four puffs after charging. I stated it has a 3 month warranty and they stated I have to mail it in to the manufacturer. I went to the manufacturers website and they have a warranty claim portal for customers AND retailers. C-Side states it is against their policy to do a warranty exchange. What am I supposed to use while it is being shipped out? I owned a business for several years and would CHEERFULY honor any warranty issue. I can assure you that this is no way to keep a customer base as I told them and I will NEVER be coming back. read more

first of all let me say that i never write reviews but this place made me so mad i have to !!!!! went in there 3 days ago bought a (smok) e cig + a nautilus tube spent 140.00 for a e cig set up with charger and 2 tubes of e liquid every thing ok until battery went dead and would only last 1/2 hour went back and the guy who was there at the time said it happens so he gave me a new battery . cool went home charged the battery for 1.5 to 2 hours put it in my e cig went dead after 1 hour, so the next day went back and another guy said the same ... but he said he would not replace the battery he said it was 17.00 more ! i said why it is obviously a bad battery or batch he told me that he does not know if i over charged it that caused it to go bad , i told him that i followed the instructions that came with the e cig and it still does not hold a charge i did not buy the cheap disposable e cig for 4.00 bucks i bought the top of the line which cost $140.00 bucks and is refillable. so if you want to get ripped off be my guest and go there but i recommend you go to a more reputable store that is not going to scam you with garbage product and not stand behind their product or the products they sell don't get scammed by these crooks stay away there are a lot of more e cig places that will stand behind there products and wont try to rip you off like these thieves !!!! so i went to cignot in elmhurst on york road and bought a new e cig spent another 150.00 and everything is great so take this as my learning experience and stay far away from this place unless you want to get junk product beware beware beware scam scam scam read more
