DO NOT Use your phone inside or out take pics at ALL . None. Not allowed. I've been here a few times and always find them to have all around good customer service. Good knowledge of their products. However; recently I purchased "DogWalkers" pre rolls. They were completely stale. Oh no. This only happened once. When I returned and mentioned it to the cashier it was a "oh well" response. Mmm . Maybe if she looked me up in the system and saw I've been a customer- there should have been a different and better outcome with that. I can suggest to offer the customer something - "oh well" won't cut it for Long Term Stability in the market. But clean place and a large selection for an Illinois based dispensary . This is located on the West side of street on Harlem, South of 26th Street. In a very busy area. Riverside is a historical city with a wonderful and charming downtown areas. Lots to see around here. Happy Anniversary Happy Anniversary…read moreHappy Anniversary... Haaaapy Anniversary! So yeah, it was our wedding anniversary this past November. Four years of wedded bliss and having the best husband on Earth be all mine. My husband is seriously the kindest man in the world and takes amazing care of me no matter how sick I am or how bad a day I'm having, he's always got my back. He's constantly doing things to make sure I'm okay and this year, even though we said no gifts, I wanted to buy him a little something for him so he could take some time for himself and relax. The man rarely gets a chance and it was my gift to him to give him something to make sure he relaxes. Hmmmm...what should I get him?? Ah, yes, cigars!! He deserves some man-ly delicious fine cigars. I parked in their quaint parking lot. (That's polite Yelp-code for small and jammed packed.) I actually parked in the only open place to park and asked the man unloading if I could block him in for a few minutes. He was kind enough to allow me to do so on this rainy, misty gross November 23rd. I met my guy Tim!! So knowledgeable and kind. I have close to zero idea what's good and what's just ok. I didn't even browse...I just walked right up to the counter and waited for him to become available for consultation. As soon as he freed up, he accompanied me into the cigar vault (as I like to call it) or humidor. It was packed with a metric crap ton of cigars from all over the world. Prices ranging all over to fit any budget! You can spend $5 or $95 on a cigar. I mean, when I say all over on pricing, I mean it. He was offering a "Buy 4, get the 5th free" deal I took him up on and had his assistance picking out some fine cigars at excellent price points. I ended up getting a nice Davidoff Geneve boxed press from Nicaragua, an Avo Syncro Toro also from Nicaragua, an Avo Classic No. 2, a Gran Toro Shade Undercrown, and one of their own house blend cigars. I told Tim I doubted he would smoke them right away and asked what I should do with them to keep them fresh. He bagged them up and included a little packet that would act as a humidor to keep them fresh for 45-60 days. I graciously thanked him for his help and was on my way. The hubster loved his gift and was so surprised by what I got him because he's not a regular cigar smoker by any means however I have caught on that he really enjoys the occasional smoke. He's planning to smoke one soon with a buddy if the weather ever calms the heck down! Also, the establishment is BYOB and there is a lounge area to kick back indoors if you'd like to have a smoke inside with some fellow cigar lovers. Light up and be safe, people!

Came here today, this store is definitely clean and friendly and doesn't feel shady like most tobacco places. There's a large selection of products this place sells (mostly for tobacco purposes). Prices are a bit high, part of me feels that I got stiffed because my receipt doesn't show my purchase and what I paid. Most of the stuff is behind the shelves (which is understandable) so you have to ask the associate to check out a certain item.
