Adam was super responsive and a great communicator. After scheduling a quick visit, they sent me a quick written bid that was clear and straightforward and priced very well and fair. They only recommended replacing what was needed. They said my patio and garage roof was fine and they advised that I only replace the roof for the main 2,000 sq. Ft house which saved me money.
