PBC listened to what we wanted and then delivered above our expectations. They really focused on the quality and details, and also made some great recommendations to enhance what we were trying to achieve - such as relocating the air conditioner unit and upgrading our gates. Definitely inquire about their custom gates. We love ours and have received several compliments from the neighbors. We had a couple of changes/upgrades to the original plan but everything was done quickly, efficiently and at a fair price. We were also impressed with how early the team arrived each day and the progress they made. Project included concrete demo, pouring new concrete, drains, some landscaping and gates. Patio cover was done by Southern California Patios. PBC and SCP worked together closely to ensure expectations on both sides were exceeded.

But that doesn't take away from excellent paint job already done. For that reason, based on job quality alone, I'm raising 2-star rating to 4 stars.
