He was extremely rude and told me the ones I were inquiring about were not in stock and were Chinese junk. He also pretty much that I was being cheap and bossy even though I told him I was not interested in what he was pushing on me. This was not good customer service and I would never buy anything from this place. If everything I wanted was junk why do you have them on your website? Avoid at all costs.

They had a decent selection of electric guitars, acoustic guitars, and basses (didnt see many keyboards but wasnt really looking). Not much of a selection of amplifiers. Can you say, YES to the question - have you ever made an in-store purchase for something very expensive such as a specialized guitar, and had a discount so deep you thought the salesman made a terrible, job-ending quote? I can say yes and I knew you could too! Today, a week later I bought a bass guitar and another guitars, this time an Ibanez acoustic-electric cutaway dreadnought body (steel string). I won't go into the details of the discount because of the ethics of good business, but jeepers! I have purchased musical instruments mostly in the U.S., but abroad as well, and let me say Barry Clark and his family offer customer service better than any place I have shopped. Sounds hyperbolic, huh? I saved a ton today and I have to admit I'm a little giddy about my purchases today. Man, oh man, no regrets on $1400+ purchase AND that's the discount pricing. No remorse in a situation where I usually come away sulking for a few days. That's another blog. They do instrument repairs as well. Matthew was the salesman who helped me. He was very helpful and kind.
