I stop by every time I visit the area, even going out of my way to make a visit if I am anywhere close. The employees are cordial and extremely knowledgable, without being overbearing or pushy salespeople. In my eyes their floor staff has an absolutely ideal approach. You can wander around, poke, prod, and play anything on the walls or the floor. They leave you to explore as long as you want. if you need guidance I'm narrowing down your choices they can get you there. If you have questions and they don't know an answer they are just as excited to learn something new as you are. And the collection upstairs? Otherworldly. This place is the Graceland of the Midwest.

So I was doing my thing, playing on the drums, basses, pianos, violins, and violas, and this guy is showing me stands after he finds out I don't have one. Stands are very inexpensive, but in great quality! I got a $15 stand colored purple for $12.50 and now, I can hold up my music!

They do instrument repairs as well. Matthew was the salesman who helped me. He was very helpful and kind. He did not make me feel uncomfortable like some music store salesman do-treating you as if you don't belong there. I bought an electric guitar, amp, and all the fixings. He let me try the guitar out and helped me look at all of my options and answered all of my questions. Very pleased with my experience.
