He chose an arrangement that came out to around $600 total and scheduled delivery for Sunday, Mother's Day. Saturday night, we got a text saying the flowers were out for delivery that evening. After he followed up, we were told it was sent in error. Then on Sunday, while we were at a Mother's Day brunch, he received another notification saying the flowers were out for delivery and would arrive by 12:40 PM. We rushed to finish our meal and get home in time, only to then receive another message saying the delivery couldn't be completed. My husband called, and they explained it was another "system error" and that they only had one refrigerated truck large enough for the arrangement. They told us the flowers would arrive by 4:30 PM. Finally, at 5:15 PM, the arrangement showed up warm, wilted, and dirty. It honestly looked rushed together with leftover flowers and was mostly greenery, with fewer than three dozen actual blooms. To their credit, after my husband reached out following the delivery, they did provide a $200 refund. But overall, the experience was really disappointing, especially because the one thing I wanted for Mother's Day was a large, full, beautiful flower arrangement.

When I contacted the business, the owner acknowledged that the comment had been entered into their POS/back-office system and stated that it was intended as an internal note. What concerned me most was not only that this was written about a customer at all, but that it was apparently stored in a way that could become customer-visible. The owner's response also focused heavily on defending the employee interaction rather than fully addressing the professionalism of the note itself. I understand businesses get busy and stressful situations happen, especially around holidays. But I do not believe customers should be described this way in company systems or accidentally sent those comments in emails. I am attaching screenshots so others can judge the situation for themselves.

No one ever responded. I don't live in Phoenix, so going in person to resolve my issue wasn't an option. The company never responded to me, yet when I contested the charge with my credit card company, One of a Kind spoke to them to dismiss my claim (without any proof of delivery). $50 down the drain. When my cousin and I visited, the flower fridges were empty. There were a few small bouquets by the counter that were beautifully arranged. They had run out of quite a few ingredients. I wanted to try their turquoise matcha, but they didn't have any matcha left. So I got a hot Rose Cake latte with almond milk. The combination of white mocha and raspberry was good, just a little too sweet for me. I imagine this cafe looked beautiful when it was full of flowers and decor. This location is not ideal - it's tucked in the corner of a shopping plaza, not visible on the main road. I'm so glad they still have location in Tempe, and I'm definitely going to check it out!

Worse, I ordered chocolate covered strawberries. They did not deliver them and there was no communication that they were not sending them. I had to write to them about it. They did not answer me until I kept after them and then they said "Oh the strawberries did not look good so we sent two bags of chocolate candy". True they did but after they got my complaint, not the same day! So If i did not ask the recipient I would have never known. And two bags of chocolate do not equal chocolate covered strawberries. Mostly the fact they made this decision without consulting me was not right. After complaining again about this they said they would credit me for the berries. They still have not, 13 days later.
