Good food, my French Union Soup was way too salty tonight. My wife shared a meal with our friend, there was a $5.00 charge I think it's wrong!!! I hope you change your practice of over charging. Paying $58 for main dish or $17 for soup is enough! Too bad, service was nice restaurant pretty! Not paying you extra, EVER! read more

We went to C level and Bonita Springs for Valentine's Day. We came in early and all the reservations have been booked. Fortunately, my husband booked a reservation with a couple weeks with anticipation. We sat inside. It is very dim with a lot of Blue lighting but overall comfortable. The restaurant features A lot of seafood, some steak and we did see a lamb option. They had a Valentine's Day special. We opted for the clam chowder the escargot, the crab cakes and the miso sea bass. Everything was delicious. And the service was great, but nothing really wowed us. I don't know if it was due to it being Valentine's Day but we did think the prices were a little high for what it was, but we did enjoy ourselves. We would come here again if they featured a happy hour as the food was great, but again it wasn't in our opinion of regular dine in Location. read more

This place is a vibe! From the minute you walk in, to your seat at the table/bar, to the restrooms. Very moody, cozy, comfortable, "under the sea" feel. We had a great first experience at the bar. We've actually tried to get a seat here without a reservation a couple times in the past with no luck so was happy to see it quieter on a Monday night in season. Crab cakes and shrimp scampi were good, and we enjoyed the bread service. The cocktails and dessert (lava cake) were delicious! Very friendly and attentive bartender. Prices are very expensive for what you get, in my opinion, so this would definitely be more of a special occasion spot, but we enjoyed our date night out - thank you! read more

This was our Valentines Date night and having been here before, we were looking forward to this visit. The atmosphere here is stunning and perfect for this kind of event. Our server was great. However the food, mine, was horrendous. I ordered the scallops and the presentation was excellent but the salt/sodium content was so high, the scallops and everything with it, was uneatable. At first I thought it was me but I offered 1 of the 4 scallops to my date to see if she had the same reaction and she confirmed the excessive salt content. I ate 2 of the 4 scallop's served and just had our server have a meeting with the chef and owner/manager. They discounted my meal 50% and offered complimentary dessert but we passed on that. My date had the lamb and she was very pleased with everything served her. Mine was the disaster. Last time here I had the miso sea bass and it was amazing. A very disappointing dining evening. read more

C Level a Modern American Restaurant with French influence has been a favorite of mine for since 2012! The "under the sea" ambience and the cuisine are second to none, sure to impress any guest. This eclectic, hidden gem is located very close to Vanderbilt Dr. and Bonita Beach Rd. in a small plaza. Let's talk drinks they have an impressive fine wine selection and very unique, well thought out cocktail menu. We had the Spicy Pornstar Martini Passion Fruit, Vanilla Vodka, Jalapeño and Lime ‍. We started our evening with their famous French Onion Soup which has to be served with scissors so you can cut through the savory, melty cheese topping. OMG it was sooo good! Next I ordered the beet salad which was equally amazing and flavorful, with pistachios and goat cheese. Our main course was the winner with Tuna Tataki, Clevel Shell Combo, and the Rock Lobster Tail with Truffle Fries! Chef Nick really does a fabulous job bringing all the flavors together for an unforgettable experience Make sure to add this restaurant to your list of places to try! read more

Great food! Sad that there was no happy hour. The truffle fries were delicious. The bar tender made a great cosmopolitan...would go back. Also love the dark atmosphere inside. read more

Discusted how they nickel and dimed you. Ordered a fixed menu, $10 more for the steak. (Which was just OK). Ordered French Onion soup, told "there's a $5 up charge for the soup. Ordered $3-off happy hour drinks and asked for Jack Daniel's. On the bill a Jack Daniel's revealed $18 for the drink, PLUS $3 for Jack Daniel's, then minus $3 happy hour discount. The tip receipt showed what was billed, then what discounts were received, then recommended tip based on the full amount of the cost for your evening out. read more

Once again an amazing birthday dinner at C Level. The food was superb as was the service and the ambience. Every plate of food exceeded expectations. Everybody does miso sea bass but you have to cook it right and the chefs here know what they are doing when it comes to cooking fish. The chicken liver pate is a must!! read more

This was our first time visiting this restaurant, and it features an intimate setting that is great for conversation. However, the prices for entrees and drinks are relatively high compared to other dining options. For example, a Makers Mark on the rocks was $16. My wife and I shared the beet salad, which was split nicely in the kitchen by the server. This salad was amazing, and I highly recommend it; the beets were nicely pickled. I ordered the blackened salmon, which I found to be cooked to perfection, so I give it two thumbs up. My wife ordered the shrimp scampi, but she was disappointed because, although the shrimp were large, they were overcooked and quite tough. Considering the price of the entrees, this was unfortunate. If you decide to dine at this restaurant, plan on spending roughly $75 per person, including tip. Would we go back? I wouldn't say no, but there are many other restaurants we would likely try before returning here. read more

$65 for fish with mashed potatoes and steamed string beans... and somehow it tasted like it came from a diner on a Tuesday afternoon. Nothing terrible, just painfully mediocre for the price. Our waitress seemed completely unprepared, like it might have been her first day holding a menu. The wine list was the real surprise though--somehow worse than what you'd expect at McDonald's. For fine-dining prices, this place delivers a very casual level of disappointment. read more

Amazing food and atmosphere! Staff is excellent! I would recommend the French onion soup and pretty much anything else on the menu! You can go wrong here! read more

Food was very good. Different types of entrées and appetizers. They even have escargot which is an unusual appetizer to choose form and I'll add that it was very good. Ordered the beat and goat cheese salad and wish there was more goat cheese! Service was on point. Greeted upon entry and service was nicely done. Ambiance was really different with fish tanks and various aquatic themes. Very nice. read more

Had a great dinner with friends. Reservations are a must. Give yourself enough time to enjoy a well-mixed cocktail at their bar. Fun digital screens make if feel like you're in an aquarium. Food was tasty - from the Miso Sea bass (per the waiter, a favorite). I had the sushi- grade seared tuna with cold noodle salad. So good with just the right heat. Our waiter Guy was attentive & helpful. read more

First of all this restaurant is hidden in a small shopping plaza behind the Palm Trees and Blue lighting! Great ambiance ! It was a bit cool and the outside seating had plenty of heat lamps to keep the patrons nice and toasty! We had to sit outside becuase we had a small dog. The service was excellent waiter came right away and gave us water and took our order for drinks! The waiter mention the special for the evening. We ordered the for appetizer we had foie gras , French onion soup and chowder all were good , main dish Mediterrean branzino fish, short rib, and beet salad. Everything was tasty and good perfectly! We didn't order dessert , becuase we were already FULL! Overall the food, service and atmosphere was very nice! Price wise $$-$$$ Would come back and try their prix fix! read more

Wow... Gorgeous ambiance... Fabulous service by Elizabeth and manager G. The escargot was amazing, my beet salad with goat cheese was fresh and delicious with a sweet vinaigrette,. Filet mignon was cooked to perfection. Presentation is everything and this was pretty perfect. Wine selection is amazing. Elizabeth had multiple tables but she never neglected us. I'll be Jean-Claude Van Damme it was a tantalizing tongue tasty moment of goodness. The service was spot on the ambiance made you feel like you weren't even in Florida anymore. I like it the cobalt blue lighting how would that not set you up for a feel good mood. They are kind of standing but they had a three-course meal for 40 bucks multiple choices of dishes and starter and dessert and if you think that it cost too much to get the service and the delectable tasty foods that they serve or one of their special cocktails just remember you are definitely worth it do yourself a favor and do sea level restaurant you'll think yourself for treating yourself read more

We had not been back to C-Level for a while, when we sat down and opened the menu, we were astonished on how much they raised their prices. The food is good, but at those prices, we'll choose to eat at Mercato, 5th Ave or Third St. Party of 4 and our bill was over $400.00...we at at Campiello's on Third St a couple of weeks prior for less, which offers better ambiance and service. My own opinion is that for a strip mall, their prices are not worth it. We will not be going back. read more

That meal was a joke. The prices they charged for mediocre food were outrageous. The entrees were between 55-75 dollars. It was absolutely insulting. They have incredible nerve. Looking back we should have just walked out. I have been to many Michelin star restaurants and would gladly pay those prices for great food and great service. But this was average food, bad service and a restaurant with interesting decor at the end of a strip mall. The management should be ashamed of themselves read more

Honestly not my favorite. I think this might be a "cult favorite" kind of place. Definitely an older crowd. Waiter welcomed us back....Umm, first time. The music playing was good, lots of 70's and 80's- accompanied by the videos on the tv over the bar BUT also really loud and lighting is hard on the eyes. The walls have mini fake aquarium things with neon lights and fish. I felt like I was in Vegas, or the bar you go to after the first bar. If this place served burgers and casual food it might fit, but they are very high end cuisine and it misses the mark. Dirty martini was not dirty, I had also asked for extra olives and didn't get those either. Took a few asks to get water as well. We kind of felt like we had crashed a private party and we're not really a priority. Realized quickly we wouldn't be staying long because the bright blue lights and 80's music were a bit much to start the evening. Had a shrimp cocktail which I could have made at home. Husband had a crab cake which was alright, again nothing special. The whole place looks like two office spaces rented next to one another with this strange aquarium like decor thrown up. read more

Really great dinner at c level! From the drinks to the appetizers and entrees, everything is great here! First time getting the steak and it was good. Slow and bad service was the first thing i noticed when my wife and i dined here. Something as simple as a Medium-Rare steak is too hard to do. Fine. Some places can't cook steak that good. I've heard that before. A drink as simple as a Jack and Coke tho?! How do you mess that up? lol very watered down and not even sure they put Jack in it... the only good things this place has going for it is the ambiance inside(to an extent. They had no music playing outside) and it has good lighting. Other than those 2 things i would not recommend read more

Excellent food, cocktails and wine - with prices to match! What a cool vibe! Blue light, walls lined with wine bottles and screens depicting bright aquariums. My tasty cocktail, which included cucumber and mint vodka, agave, and lime juice, was quite refreshing. We shared the pate du chef which was served with garlic toast and red onion marmalade - creamy and rich as it should be. My husband's French onion soup came with scissors to cut the cheese! My scallops on risotto was perfectly prepared and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his sirloin. The wine list is extensive, offering full descriptions on an iPad. Although the entrées are quite pricey, the wine list surprisingly had many modest options. Service was very attentive without being overbearing. We would definitely return, but will keep it on a special occasions list. read more

Visited C Level Wine Bar for dinner. It's in a shopping center and tbh I wouldn't really know from the street that C Level is as nice as it is. From the moment you enter you feel like you're in an intimate and fancy restaurant, not in a strip shopping center in Florida. The lighting and ambience is fun. There is a variety of seating from outdoor seating out front, bar seating, high tops and regular tables. Though the menu doesn't really include many straight up vegetarian items, they can make things vegetarian, which is what I did. Service was great. Food was great, portions were massive. My boyfriend got steak which was served beautifully on a wooden board surrounded by veggies. Very extensive wine list available by glass or bottle, along with beer and cocktails. We had a great experience and I would love to go back! read more

I had a wonderful craft drink at the bar and it was great! What a classy place. We were then seated in an elegant table where I had the lobster and my wife had the lamp chop lollipops. When we arrived I thought it was going to be an upscale unique experience. In my opinion this is a great place for some apps and a good bottle of wine outside. Humid inside with all the open air. Entrees were underwhelming and the bar area is cramped- people behind us (2 different groups) couldnt sit without continually bumping into our chairs. The chairs also don't both fit under the table when people are sitting in them. I think it's a bit over priced for the experience. Service was so awkward too. Not personalized at all- quite abrasive and abrupt - only saw her to take our order and deliver our check . Will be back to try apps and wine to make sure it was just a bad day not a consistent bad experience- stay tuned for an update read more

First time dining at C Level! Found this restaurant in the Gulf Life best restaurants of Bonita Springs listings. The atmosphere is eclectic and funky and we absolutely loved the vibe that the decor and the lighting was giving off! The staff was amazing and made us feel like we were one of the regulars back for another visit! Our server Amy was Amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed conversing with her. The food was spectacular and the escargot was tremendous and I can't wait to order it again. The French onion soup was delicious and we loved the little scissors to cut up the crouton and cheese. The Crunchy Grouper was delicious and the desserts were above and beyond. We will definitely be back soon in season and will put this restaurant on the must go to list. Great Job! read more

I have dined at C Level many times, generally enjoying the food, atmosphere and services. Never again! I ordered rack of lamb medium rare, and it came well done. It was tough and hard to cut. I mentioned to the waiter the difference but said I would eat it anyway. Tony the owner or manager came over with the sole purpose of convincing me I was wrong. Confrontational. First he said it was the lighting. Then he came back and wanted me to accompany him to the kitchen. Ridiculous. I left a customary tip, and we left, never to return. In reading other reviews, it seems this is a recurring theme with Tony when a customer comments on food preparation read more

My eyes hurt!!! It's pretty for like 10 minutes then your eyes become crossed from the lighting. Got the grouper and it reminded me of frozen fish sticks and the taste wasn't that far off either. One of the best meals in Bonita Springs. Food and service is fabulous. Ambiance is relaxing. Would highly recommend.

What a find! Went here for a special birthday dinner. The restaurant really took care of us from start to finish. We had a great table in the rear of the main dining room. The dining room itself has a lovely ambiance and is very nicely decorated. The food was excellent all round with no negatives from any of our party. The pate was so good it converted one our party who declared they did not like pate. That soon changed when they tried this one! Some of us had steak & we all agreed it was the best steak we'd had out for some time (even better than some of the fancier Naples dining spots). The manager very generously presented us with a serving of tiramisu as a birthday treat. We also enjoyed the knickerbocker 99 immensely. All in all one of the best meals we've had in a local restaurant for a very long time. This place is an absolutely must! read more
