I decided to go anyway, and I'm really thankful I did. Every person I interacted with was gentle, kind, and patient. I felt safe, heard, and cared for the entire visit.

I have had numerous crowns and implants and never had a problem due to his superior workmanship. His hygienists are excellent and very helpful to my needs. I read some of the negative comments and can't even believe they are talking about the same dentist I have know for over 15 years. He has a relaxing office and up to date with equipment. You probably can find a less expensive dentist but I was always taught you only get what you pay for. I have been to less expensive dentists but poor quality workmanship and not a good environment.

The tooth was broken and the filling from my teen years was about 70 year old and was stating to fall out. Now i did not know how this procedure would work and of course we all want pain free, yes. Well i have only had one other Doctor work on my eye and i labeled my Retina Doc as the painless Doc after several needles in my eye LOL. What I have to say is I definitely rate Dr. Cork an my official second Doctor Painless. Very professional work and you can tell he cares about his patients. I could not be more happy with Sage and Dr. Cork. His assistant was wonderful too, sorry i forgot her name, but she was great and added to my most painless visit for tooth extraction. Now at one week from extraction it is healing great and the bone graph is helping and i am still pain free. I rate sage and Dr. Cork with a solid 10 plus. Marvin Ferebee

Be warned they take a very conservative approach to treatment, which works for some case just not all. They discharged me after i took my son to a sedation clinic to get work done (at their recommendation), then decided that there was to much work done and it would undermine the integrity of their treatment plan. this was the polite way of saying " since you went somewhere else, don't come back". When I questioned why we let a 4 year old sit with decay for 3 years I was met with the excuse of " Don't breast feed at night". Basically blaming the decay on breast milk, and our desire to avoid formula. My boys almost died from formula, to parent shame my wife for her decision to breastfeed them to then blame that for the cause of the decay is wild. After speaking with the office manger today for almost 20 minutes about our concerns and expressing our feelings in a civil way they decided that we should go elsewhere. so be warned that they don't like to be challenged and if you follow their instructions and seek outside care they will most likely kick you out as well.

Also first time going to dentist without mom. During what should have been a routine cleaning, they "upgraded" their treatment "based on diagnosis" (so they told me later). Charges included $200 for mouthwash ($50 times four, for upper/lower left/right) and "special cleaning" techniques not covered by insurance (higher price, no doubt). After they finished, they billed EACH of my kids over $300 when our TRICARE DENTAL PLAN should've PAID THIS IN FULL. My honest kids paid their respective bills ($676.18 that I will not be able to get reimbursed). It is my opinion that this association is engaged in DISHONEST PRACTICES and I can only assume all providers in the association give approval to it. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. I would advise against Viera Modern Dentistry.

The only problem with that is they did not tell us. We had appointments starting in January 2025 and then four more appointments ending in September. They did give a twenty percent discount which is typical for someone with no insurance. No apologies. I called on a Monday to speak to the dentist about what happened and on Tuesday we received a call from the accountant saying we must pay now or risk collections. No call form the dentist. We paid the bill in full. Yes what they did is legal. Is it ethical or deceptive, you be the judge.
