The staff is friendly and caring and the office is beautiful, clean and high tech. My husband has had 2 implants and Dr Bagwell called personally to check on him in the evening and weekend. I have had a crown made same day in the office, saving extra trips to the dentist. Dr Bagwell recently corrected my bite using the Sure Smile clear aligners. No Pressure to get anything done, just the facts. I started here a few years ago by accepting one of the new patient deals, Exam, X-rays, and cleaning. This was the best packaged deal I've ever seen. A year or so later I had some pain above my front tooth. An x-ray revealed an abscess and after some antibiotics and checkup, a root canal was needed. I've had 3 others in the past (by other dentists) so I have some experience with them. I must say Dr. Erin Carmody's procedure was painless and the most proficient I've ever had. Her personal followup call the next day was a nice touch too. I've been to this office a total of 4 times now. Each time I've had top notch service, and have been surrounded by helpful people with big friendly smiles. The office atmosphere is very cool too. Each room has floor to ceiling windows looking out to a beautiful jungle looking natural habitat filled with squirrels and birds playing, very peaceful and relaxing. What else could you ask for... Today I had the most horrifying experience during a teeth cleaning. The electric tool got stuck…read morebetween my teeth and it had to be removed very rough. The hygienist was aware I had an inspire device surgery 3 weeks ago, as I let her know right before the procedure. Yet, she moved my head back in a jerk movement , so the tool would come out. The gap in my teeth's appeared immediately after the incident and dentist completely ignored the situation when examining my teeth. He told me the gap was caused by built up being removed and not the tool being stuck. The X-Ray clearly shows that is not true, so did the hygienist acknowledging the incident. When I asked for the note for the visit acknowledging what just had happened Dr. Jason was rude and refused to give me the note and told his staff to ignore me. The receptionist would not answer me and she asked me to step out of the clinic when I said I was not feeling well. I called 911 as I thought I was having a stroke from all the stress. The emergency showed up and my blood pressure was at 185/100 and I was clearly distressed they asked me if I would like to go to the hospital. Not in any moment any staff or the doctor stepped out to check on me. The police officer had to go inside and get the note acknowledging I had the appointment there. I chose to wait outside and calm down as suggested by the emergency crew. I hope my inspire device surgery didn't get affected by this careless attitude in this clinic. This is probably why they are rated only 3 stars. Rude dentist and staff!!!! Do not recommend this place, horrible customer service!!!

I'm writing this on behalf of my parents who were not treated with kindness or respect. This place is ran poorly and very sloppy. What an amazing experience, from scheduling to wait time, professionalism to perfection. Had a…read moreveneer (front top) break and went to another dentist for replacement. After spending several thousands of dollars and (now I know) unnecessary pain, I was left with a front tooth that was the wrong shape, was too thick, was the wrong color and they hadn't told me that instead of a veneer, they shaved it down so much it was now a crown. I was devastated. I found Dr. Rutsis and they immediately got me in and agreed that "it's good enough" (what the previous dentist told me) wasn't the standard they held themselves at. They had me go to the lab where the veneer was created to actually get it color matched. At the previous dentist, everytime they worked on the tooth, they gave me shots, so I had 4 shots in the same place over a period of a couple months. My mouth was extremely sore and I was terrified when Dr. Rutsis was going to put the new tooth on. To my surprise, I didn't need a shot. There was no yanking, pulling or drilling like before. The difference was surreal. The greatest thing though was when she was done, the replacement looked beautiful. It matched perfectly, my smile was back!!! I literally broke into happy tears and all the ladies at the office were just as happy for me. I feel like I not only found a gem of an office but I made a handful of supportive friends through the experience. Today I went back to get some cavities filled....something I've put off for years because of all the horrid experiences I've had with dentists. She filled 4 and not once, not even with the shot, did I feel any pain. I wish I could give this office a 10 star review. I highly recommend!!!!!

This was invaluable to me since I have suffered significant trauma in the past! My journey started with Dr Richard Schmid (Sunrise Facial and Oral Surgery) performing my full upper teeth extraction. For someone who faints while giving blood, this experience could not have been easier! Surgery was seamless and my recovery was swift. I can't believe that I felt comfortable within a week after significant bone grafting. It was so successful, I ended up with 6 implants instead of just the minimum 4. This father & son "dynamic dental duo" provided me with completely orchestrated care across both offices and throughout the process.
